I totally believe that she had an interaction that caused her some embarrassment or frustration. When she turns the camera back on, the light has changed slightly and her face is flushed. She picks her food back up, and it looks like she hadn't touched it since turning off the camera. Whatever happened bothered her enough to make up an explanation. That guy who slips through the frame before she turned off the camera looked like he was in a hurry, though.
IF the guy was indeed begging, she did what most people do in that situation when stopped (usually at a red light) and unable to ignore it or drive away. She fished through her cup holder for change or took a buck out of her purse to get it to move along. Chintel, wouldnt make the effort, let alone disrupt her mukbang and eating, to go through the drive through for some random dude. Of course, it might not have been a beggar. she probably had to join this group because she had no options for housing anywhere else. Her mom refused to ket her come back after she pulled her fake suicide stunt and she had to go in the group home. Then she likely aged out of there and so the group home suggested she join this organization because they would house and feed her and get her some useful experience so she could get a job.
