I have never in my life seen arms like that on somebody who wasn't MORBIDLY obese. The side photo shows they're fat but no where near the levels of fat that should result in arms like that, holy shit. Going to the doctor to get medicine for any chronic or extended condition is completely normal. Yes, if you have a cough for a week or so, you might get cough medicine at the store, but if that cough lingers, you probably need the strong stuff that your doctor will prescribe. I guess you could call it ableism if you really wanted to claim that oversight is oppression--SICK people have to go to the doctor regularly to stay alive but HEALTHY people don't!--but I see it along the lines of basic safety regulations.

Imagine this tweet chain but it's Grandpa complaining that the fact that he has decided to go to the hospital and get regular chemo treatments for his cancer is violence being done against him. Except it's even worse because it's a cosmetic choice with potential health risks; it's more like Grandpa's decision to get regular face-lifts (because his wrinkled face gives him age dysphoria) is bureaucratic violence being done to him.
