He thinks saying that an attractive woman enjoys the company of less than perfect men is a bad review. One would think it would make people feel she's more open minded, and guys who are self conscious about their body more likely to feel confident around her.
This is why this thread is huge, and not going away ever.
That and this whole couch drama, which is so farcical, a sitcom writer could steal it. It seems like something kelso from that 70's show would do. All of his friends, except for the smart ass stoner one would be trying to talk sense into him, the smart ass stoner one would be going along with it to see how far the stupid goes and laughing.
Unfortunately for Russ, he has no one to try and talk sense into him, and anyone who tried would get blocked.
All he has is the smart ass laughing at him seeing how far the stupid goes, and that's us.
As for me, I'm really hoping for a lawsuit for at least the cost of the "couch blanket" and "cool couch." She said she would need a couch to crash on, he offered, she accepted, she never said she was *not* coming, he bought a "couch" that he has no use for other wise, ergo, pay up, or come stay at my place and suck my peen in return for the favor of me letting you stay in my rented room.
I can't wait.
A Russell Greer sitcom would be amazing, though Hollywood would likely screw it up by casting Eddie Redmayne or someone to play Russ, deviating from the real story to throw in extra plights to garner sympathy, and have the character actually grow and progress (which we know will not happen with Russ)

From last night's stream, Nick Rekieta is teasing an upcoming Greer stream... he's invited Sriracha to join him and they're going to reveal the yet-to-be-seen documents from Russell's criminal charges.

Most likely, but still, I thought they were sealed. But then, I'm not in the legal field so I don't know how it works. Maybe a legal Kiwi can enlighten us.

Why would they be sealed? They might be expunged if that was part of the deal, or they might have just been eventually thrown away in the course of normal business. They don't keep everything forever. But even if they were sealed, anyone who legitimately had a copy of it in the first place wouldn't necessarily be bound by that, or even if they were bound by it, wouldn't necessarily care.

Police reports are public records even if they're also sometimes protected by privacy or because of being an ongoing investigation (not the case here).

Whether or not they're kept or are available can be nearly random. There are all kinds of boxes of paper sitting around in government offices that should or shouldn't haven't been thrown away long ago.

There was speculation that, due to his age, the lawyer his parents hired might have been able to have them sealed. However, it was never really confirmed, just batted around as a theory.

It seems like the issue was probably more that a small town courthouse in bum fuck Wyoming didn't have the budget to get its archived records digitized and uploaded to the interwebs for lawsplaining any time this century.

I might have to get a TL;DR when he does the stream. I like Rekieta, but don't have time usually to sit through 3 & 1/2 hours of him reading out super chats.

Danica is only here for a visit w family, right? Not a permanent relocation? Even if it was permanent, prob to somewhere like LA and not SLC?

no contract, no cause of action, no jurisdiction and probably would be quite difficult to serve her, esp using the fiverr level servers he seems to hire.

we should hear about this suit ANY DAY now, I figure. Sitcom, heck, this should be a romcom where an everyday joe saves a lady in distress. I am thinking Paul Rudd as Joe Normal, Jennifer Aniston as Jane Doe. And the guy who played Gollum (Serkis?) as Greer, the person Joe Normal rescues Jane Doe from. I am just not sure who should play Judge ‘Bias’ Burlington, is Newhart still working?

ETA...if the movie could ramp up the Gollum level CGI so that he looks kinda almost normal at first and makes him a little uglier each time he says or does something?

It's usually expungement, not sealing. It just means your record doesn't exist and is of no legal effect, and you can, for instance, say you've never been charged with a felony, or whatever was the case. It can't be held against you in sentencing in subsequent proceedings. Many states automatically seal anything with a juvenile's records, or use something like initials to refer to them if a family court case goes up on appeal.

It doesn't mean they necessarily physically destroy records or that they don't exist in some form.

I believe Crusty said she was moving to LA, and that her mother disliked her tattoos and thats why the whole "shit dawg I need somewhere to sleep if she kicks me out" happened and Crusty said "YOU HAVE MY AXE!"
