Look at what site you are on. r/SamandTolki is far smaller than this site and much less organized. Hell if you ignore every other thread on this site and just consider this one, this thread alone has 686 pages dedicated to hating and stalking boogie or creating theories on his life, among other things. r/SamandTolki does the same thing just on a much smaller scale and I don’t think some of the users are as obsessed as this site is.

I don’t say this to imply either community is bad. I say this for some of you to have some self-awareness.

It sucks to see good old-fashioned posts-in-order-of-upload-date forums going extinct in favour of sites like Reddit, where they use an algorithm to organise the posts by how popular they are among the knuckledraggers you have to share the site with.

Worthwhile posts get shoved to the bottom, out of sight, because Redditors downvote anything that isn't a joke or an affirmation of their established beliefs.

IMO, yes, there's a huge difference between this place & that subreddit.

People on Kiwifarms document and make fun of lolcows. If any of them stopped being exceptional, realized the error of their ways, and worked towards being a better person I'm fairly certain they'd never be discussed on here again. Or at the very least the amount of discussion would decrease.

Where-as some posters on that subreddit like Haberdasher continue to be hurt by and bring up an incident from six years ago that all parties involved have long since made amends and moved on from.

I was referring more-so to the incident that the sub spawned from. The Sam and Tolki part of the subreddit. It isn't talked about as much because of Boogie, but every once in a while Haber will go into an autistic tirade about it.
