Trainwreck Onision / James Gregory Jackson / Gregory James Daniel/Jackson/Avaroe - Edgy king of the tweens, Vegan with deformed dick, Pedo, Destroying the Environment. Serial Domestic Abuser, Served the wrong Chris Hansen.

Am I the only one that gets gay vibes from grugly.
The only reason Taylanikai is trans is probably because young teens are no longer emo. They go through an LGBT phase because “no one understands me uwu I’m so oppressed”. Greg caught onto this and is acting more gay and made Bootface trans because it’ll attract more unstable girls for him to whack off to

Exactly. If there's one thing teen girls love more than emo guys, it's emo guys who are also gay and have a cute emo boyfriend.
That's why Grugly inserts "my husband" into every line.

He is one hell of a comedian after all. These are the most pathetic excuses of legal documents i have ever seen in my life.

Seriously - that's it? Not only is he mocking his viewers/cult-members but he also is mocking the Justice system.
So apparently making videos about someone and saying mean things is “cyberstalking” now. The Chris Hansen thing I can kind of see where he’s coming from (a bunch of people showing up at your house in person with cameras is definitely questionable but unlikely to be illegal or “harassment”). This is really just Onision trying to create sympathy for himself and generate views like he does with everything else, I doubt he actually thinks this will go through or even wants it to.

Shiloh experienced some horrific shit with Greg with miscarrying and the ensuing sepsis, losing her career, and being harassed by his fans for years among other things. Her comeback was unprecedented after Greg's smear campaign and I think that is why she gets the amount of smoke blown up her ass that she does. Unfortunately she became the god of the echo chamber and the other girls are happy for her to be that; I doubt they want the attention she has from the Anti-O's.

Regardless, I think she should focus on her newfound music career (because what she's put out so far is fantastic) and becoming an official ambassador for a domestic violence or mental health foundation so she isn't just sounding off on twitter.

Yeah. Shiloh needs to chill and step away from the circus. I really hate when people try to minimize what Grugly did to her and how young she was when he did it. That said, she’s obviously still unstable and not helping herself and her mental heby inserting herself into the drama nonstop. Not only that, even though her sperging shouldn’t lessen the validity of her story, there are a lot of fagtards out there (including some in this thread from time to time) who use it as a reason to “reeeeee Shiloh’s crazy so is she really a victim”, so she’s not doing herself any favors there either.

Am I the only one that gets gay vibes from grugly.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. He acts like a fucking jilted lover every time Shane is mentioned. He’s gayer than he wants to admit, at the very least.

I imagine when Chris's lawyers had a look at that petition they just laughed. He didn't even have a lawyer draft them, not like we couldn't tell.

Being closeted for over a decade is what led to Jeffery Dahmer being a serial murderer. Ffs, I rather people be open fags than closted basket cases

In the recent past, closeted & latent homos either lived that way until they could come out as old homos or dealt with it privately. Contrary to what the LGBTQFGZ movement led everyone to believe, our culture and society became a lot more accommodating and accepting of homosexuality from the 20's & 30's, and on into the 50's & early 60's.... as long as it wasn't in the open.

And the rule applied for heteros too; keep that shit behind closed doors, and nobody would think they were deviants... because only deviants flaunt their sexuality in public.

But when there were some that really couldn't handle it (because they were fucked up in worse ways than faggotry), they either an heroed or went the serial-killer route. Either way, the issue solved itself.

But social media has made it impossible for people to keep shit to themselves, and nobody is allowed to mind their own business. It also provides a relief-valve for cowardly fags like Greg; without Twitter and Tumblr, the pressure would've gotten to be too much, and he'd have removed himself a long time ago.

He hasn't given a single reason he should be granted an order of protection.

The one on Repzion is even more pathetic of a joke.

View attachment 1102079

My guess is this is laughed out of court.
Not to mention he's lying about requesting that Chris stop contacting him - hell, Chris even has receipts that Greg consented to be interviewed by him for payment, and the sheriff's department can back it up that Greg never actually asked Chris to leave the property. Another lie / inconsistency is that Troy is named in the request for protection, but during the incident Greg cites as the reason for protection, Troy wasn't home.

Greg hasn't made a formal request to either party that contact cease, which is a mandatory precursor to getting an RO unless a violent act precipitated the filing (i.e. someone assaults you, you don't contact them and just file for the order).

And it looks like the mole anon will abruptly stop.
"I'm retiring. Expect a post at 6 am EST 1/18/20 about. Will still post VCs if they happen today. "

He just keeps defending and justifying himself, refuses to talk about 'legal' matters.
Obsesses over Canada weather for some reason.
Mentions how the staff of the airbnb I guess called him a creep and said he peed on their floor
Shreg then leaves, I don't bother re-recording the rest cause the girls just talk about dumb shit like fast food places they work 'n crap

That order of protection won't work. He needs to prove that he gave them notice that they were to stay away from him and not to set foot on his property in writing. Then after that, he needs to call the police every time he sees them and get copies of the police reports for the court. The judge will probably impatiently tell him what he needs to do and dismiss this.

It's a waste of energy though, because Hansen probably already is getting ready to fly back to New York. He's not going to stay in Washington indefinitely.

Also, he's filing against Chris Hansen, an incredibly well-known figure to law enforcement. Any judge will know exactly who he is and why Chris, a journalist whose entire career was based around catching child predators, is pursuing an independent investigation into the man filing.

Repzion has never approached or attempted to approach James Gregory Jackson. A restraining order won't affect Rep from making videos. And, because there was no unwanted contact between him and Greg, the case ought to be thrown out even it Rep doesn't show up or have represation show up to defend him.

Annoying the local judiciary, along with the potential of having a guardian ad litem assigned to the kids, is possibly the stupidest thing Greg has ever done.

Hansen's reputation as a reporter doesn't enter into it. A reporter is subject to the same laws as everyone else. If Onion has put Hansen on notice not to come on his property and Hansen continued to come knock on his door, a judge would probably issue the order. But Hansen isn't going to do that.

This doesn't apply to videos. This applies to physical contact. Onion inferred that Hansen's people followed his kids home from school to see where they were staying. That would have been something he could have used to justify the order of protection if he had documented it.

If Onion has put Hansen on notice not to come on his property
Jimmy Greg has not notified Hansen not to come onto his property. Hansen was never asked to leave by Greg, either verbally or in writing. Greg has not requested that contact stop, and has actually invited contact by pestering Chis with emails and an offer for an interview for payment.

Chris being a journalist would have something to do with a no contact order, should Greg have actually requested that Chris not contact him or have applied for a RO properly. Greg can request that Chris not go on his property, but a journalistic investigation is an exercise in free speech. So, Chris may approach him in public places and request comments or interviews, and he can follow Greg around as a journalist. It's extremely difficult to prevent a member of the media from approaching you if they have reason to investigate. Think of the paparazzi: how many of them are hit with ROs, even if they take photos of intimate moments with telephoto lenses? Very few, if any. It's considered journalism.

Lastly, while CH being himself wouldn't affect a restraining order legally, his name carries weight because people know he investigates pedos and creeps. Because there weren't any grounds to grant a temporary restraining order and Gergs has to ask a judge to approve it, having the judge know that a famous child predator hunter is the one making "unwanted contact" with Greg, it can absolutely affect whether the judge grants an RO.

/ my autism.

Meanwhile: Gerg is now "Scorpio King"; doesn't understand the difference between "past" and "passed"; and is tweeting up a storm despite swearing that you have to pay him if you want to see his speshul tweets.

I'm willing to bet he thinks this "order" would bar them from being able to talk about him but leave him open to trash on THEM all he wanted (which it wouldn't).

Whether this latest empty threat from him falls through or not, Greg will no doubt make MORE videos about them anyway even if it would look horrendous for him to do so. (You can't just engage with someone constantly egging them on and then turn around saying they are harassing you, but Greg doesn't have enough braincells to understand that.)

Normal people are smart enough to talk to a lawyer before filing with a court. How much would a restraining order cost him in legal fees? $700? Onion is the living embodiment of penny wise pound foolish. At least a restraining order would keep them on the sidewalk and maybe it would have a restriction saying Hansen had to stay X number of yards away from his house.

You're absolutely right though. The thing Onion doesn't understand is that you can't get people to stop talking about you on YouTube by posting freak out reaction videos. That is just inviting more criticism and giving people fodder for their own videos about how dumb he is. Even a bad lawyer would point that out to him. So much for "do not engage".

Reputation absolutely does play into it, when standing before a judge. And they tend to get very irate when spurious complaints lead to someone like Greg wasting their time in court.

Additionally, any halfway intelligent lawyer and/or judge would figure out if Grug's address is a matter of public record.... and it is. Hence, the bald-face lie about Hansen following his kid back from school would be cause alone for dismissal.

Magistrates pencil-whip bullshit restraining orders all day long; but if it comes up for review in front of an actual judge, it doesn't take long before the whole thing gets thrown out, with prejudice (meaning Grug would be on the hook for all court costs & fees & no recourse to appeal).

How do we know that's a lie? If I was Hansen, I would figure school is back in session and the kids have to go to school. Wherever the kids go after school lets out, Onion and Kai are sure to be. Someone surely picks them up from school and takes them home. They would lead right back to wherever they were living at the time. I really don't doubt that is how he knew they were at home and not in a hotel still.

I don't see how just filling out a form wrong is grounds for charging court fees. He would have to make a scene in the courtroom and disrupt the proceedings to merit that. I would imagine that judges who oversee restraining orders are used to people who aren't totally knowledgeable about how the process works. And I'm sure they are used to hearing hyper emotional justifications that don't have a lot of basis in law.

After all this time, I still can't figure out what Groot is trying to get out of all this. Maybe he really doesn't have any kind of thought process or planning skills outside of the immediate present. I can't think of a single time he's thought one step ahead of himself.

He wants attention but then when he gets it, he thinks he doesn't want it anymore, but then gets mad when people aren't talking about him... but then tries to get a protection order when people DO? He wants to make serious videos but when no one believes him he claims they are all jokes but then gets mad when people don't take him seriously... I can't.....

Like I know sociopathic people tend to have REALLY bad impulse control, but this is just baffling.

He never plans for ANYTHING (I don't think he even has any basic concept of consequence). He just sort of reacts to things and poorly attempts to adjust his actions as if people are just as stupid as he is.

Edit: to prevent double post

Considering Onision wrote up this form without a lawyer, I assume he intends to scribble out a formal complaint when the time comes for it. I'm no expert on law though, I just remember how the whole Jim Sterling vs Digital Homicide fiasco played out and this is reminding me of that.

I've thought a little bit about this and I have a theory. He sees himself as an "entertainer" and youtube is his medium. If someone harasses him, he is going to do two things... 1) Identify with movie stars who are harassed by the media and ape the way they behave when they are pestered by reporters. And 2) Exploit the situation for youtube views for all it's worth. He's unfit for any other kind of job and he knows it. He can't slack off on his "job", even if it means that he is bringing more trouble on himself. And it flatters him to be able to consider himself in the same league as R. Kelly, Jussi Smollet, Felicity Huffman and Kevin Spacey.

Psychologically, he craves attention. He doesn't care if it's positive or negative as long as it is focused on him. He may be stressed and upset and I'm sure he is making life a living hell for everyone around him, but I think deep down, he is getting what he wants. Not that he is a serial killer or anything, but look at Ted Bundy. When he was caught, he made a spectacle of himself in court. It ruined his legal chances totally, but he didn't care because all eyes and cameras were on him. I think Onion is like that.

When it comes to general incompetence with managing his legal and financial affairs, it's important to remember that this is an uneducated person who suddenly found himself making incredible money off of dancing around in a banana suit. He thought he deserved it and the gravy train was never going to end. He still probably believes that. That's the core of his self delusion. And that is what makes him do things without thinking of consequences or what other people might think. He figures, "Screw them. I'll just make another million dollars and then I'll just laugh in their face."
