I think the labels of the psychologists are misleading and unhelpful and very imprecise. I think rather than focus on labels which cause irrational assumptions and often inaccurate or false info, its better to focus on the behavioral observations and draw conclusions from that. Thus, if someone was a serial murderer, rather than label them psychopath, crazy/insane or such, it makes more sense and is more helpful to refer to the serial killer as showing no remorse. Spexulating that the person is incaoable of morality or that they are unable to have remorse js highly presumptuous and unjust to the victims to give the murderer an excuse. So one may say the murderer did not show any observable remorse. Further the murderer exhibited gross disregard for human life. And may even have traits of sadism in some individuals if they enjoyed killing.

Someone may be described as often physically abusive, or may be described as cycling through periods of sweetness and cruelty. Someone may be described as having major anger control issues. Someone may be described as excessively masturbating. Or constantly jumping from relationship to relationship. Or characteristically insisting on preserving desired friendship even when the other party doesnt want friendship anymore. These are better ways to describe people. Aaying someone is a narcissist or a stalker, etc, lumps people together in a category that is very vague and deceptive in connotation. Like if someone has an overly high view of themselves. That isnt unique to narcissism. Anyone has an overly higher view of themselves if they think they are better than they actually are and it could be for a number of reasons. But blaming it on narcissism or some other random socalled mental disorder i think takes away from the reality of how things actually are for people

Yet, your tendency to conflate legal and factual assertions, not cite relevant authority (CA, really) when its availble, and generally sperg, etc, weakens your reply.

The main tardness of the document is it is highly unproffessional due to being personal in a very untoward way. I did it primarily to try to get Melinda to back off from me and hopefully to show how frivolous she was being which if possible would help other people shut down her future lawsuits. I knew legally it wasnt necessary but i wanted to oreserve for posterity my take on things and to show myself to be legally superior to Melinda in knowledge and understanding of law. The "case law" i cited was in fact the district judge who ruled against Melinda in the first place. I felt that his statements were ebough legal proof of her case beubg dismissed and i wanted to illustrate that by providing logical practical defense of the Judges' statements.

Also fun waa my legal responses to her previous lawsuit agaibst me for copyright infringement. Which had equal tardness. Half a semi competent legal argument against copyright infringement including even the judge saying as the defendant correctly notes, and the other half is ne sperging saying why i am not a stalker and that my actions werent so horrible and explaining the context of melindas irrelevant accusations she imcluded in her copyright lawsuit against me

In light of oversharing, let me tell all you kiwi farmers an interesting gross out story. I can say that Melinda does not get child support from any of her childrens fathers but she tried to get child support with all of them. She at first wanted it, but then decided she didnt want her kids fathers in her life or in her kids lives so by refusing to pursue legally enforcing child support, shed rather have no money if it means keeping her kids dads out of her kids lives. One father doesnt believe he is actually the father when she told him he was the father he refused to believe it was his child. One father she tried to sue for back owed child support but wasnt able to legally enforce it since he lives in another state. She tried to get marshall to pay child support when they broke up a few times but they never stayed broken up long enough for it to lead to child support from marshall.
