Oh I agree the confidence level is right, however she's too far on the knowledge portion. She has negative intelligence. If we look at her husband and children we can determine that she drains the intelligence of those in proximity. A black hole of stupidity if you will.
He passed the bar exam and can legally practice law with his degree.

Obviously you have no idea what a degree in recreation management does. Don't care if you do though.
Having a JD doesn't make you anymore qualified than someone with a bachelor's degree in order to understand how the law works and to understand case law. That's why Europeans use Bachelor's degrees to become lawyers and why things like law reader programs exist.
The only propose of a JD is to represent other people
However, you DO need an MD/PhD/Masters in clinical psychology to diagnose people of mental illness.
