I think now that he's been frozen out of the HRT he is now turning to the criminal courts to abuse and harass. And I think this will be successful (His version of successful which is to annoy and degrade other people by forcing them to pay attention to him). While the majority of the people he will accuse will be cleared from all wrongdoing they will have to mount a defense and take time off to do so. Good criminal defense is very expensive, and quite draining (emotionally and economically). So while he will receive no renumeration for this he can easily bankrupt or ruin his victims.

I don't think much bonding will happen given that women too don't like child predators. Any bonding will be over shivs and shanks.

The ladies have ways of moving unpopular inmates to other units without necessarily stabbing or assaulting anyone. It more common in women's prisons to plant contraband. A kite is passed to the corrections officers and in turn the person has their cell searched. When the bone crusher is found they're sent packing to a more restrictive unit. Given Jon's history with weapons I think this would be easy to pull off - might even get him some extra time.
