Jonathan Yaniv / Jessica Yaniv / @trustednerd / trustednerd.com / JY Knows It / JY British Columbia - Canada's Best Argument Against Transgender Self-Identification

The ladies have ways of moving unpopular inmates to other units without necessarily stabbing or assaulting anyone. It more common in women's prisons to plant contraband. A kite is passed to the corrections officers and in turn the person has their cell searched. When the bone crusher is found they're sent packing to a more restrictive unit. Given Jon's history with weapons I think this would be easy to pull off - might even get him some extra time.

So cool. I didn't know anyone else watched Unité 9 here. I hated that when they did that to Marie in season 1.

Before learning way too much about JY, I was under the impression that Vancouver was a world-class city.

What kind of tard thinks Olive Garden is haute cuisine?
Trailer trash.

For newer Yaniv watchers:

The last time el pervertido gordo threw himself a party at Olive Garden, no one came and Miriam ended up going door to door at their previous strata begging former neighbors to come for a free meal and snagged only one, a newer resident who didn't really know the Yanivs and thought a free meal would be fun.

and, iirc, blubbered about it on a Baby Jane-ish video?

Still one of my most favourite funniest moments in the yaniv saga, it's up there with the fake seizure video imo

i love the idea of johnny being offered a weapon by a ~concerned, trans-positive inmate~ and then immediately being snitched on

I believe they also never got that free meal. I forget if that was cause they left as soon as they arrived to the Yanivs having a screaming match or if MY just never paid.

This comment will get some hate, but folks, your imagination of prisons in Canada is way off. Our Prisons here are much different than what you see on TV. What you describe is how United States prisons function on US Television entertainment programs.

Here in Canada a convicted accomplice to a child rapist and murder was sent to a 'healing lodge' not to an American style super-max. https://www.google.com/amp/s/global...ller-healing-lodge-terri-lynne-mcclintic/amp/

Our most notorious pedophile and murderer, Paul Bernardo *is* in a max, but he's not suffering a hell of man-rape. He's not been shived. He's getting on just fine.

It may give you the "feels" to imagine some prison justice, but the reality of our Canadian prisons is very different. Further, unless he manages to be sentenced for possession of child porn or another crime that carries a mandatory jail sentence, he will almost certainly serve no time. Fine, probation, lots of community service, but jail (at this stage) is highly unlikely

Wouldn't the biggest punishment in jail time for JY is that he will no longer have access to social media and that he would have to learn to interact in person? While they may put him in a women's facility he can't really force the other women to treat him like a women in person. The Guards and stuff may be forced to use pronouns but they also have a duty to protect the other women from JY's predatory nature in showers and such, don't they?

No, they got it. Yaniv and mommy were having a big fight, but the guest demanded that they get the meal they were promised. Mariam apparently tossed her credit card on the table and the guest ordered meals to go, and when they were leaving yaniv and mommy were yelling at each other in the parking lot

Did Miriam seem to get along with her sister or was the entire family constantly squabbling?

As far as I know, Yaniv has been found guilty of and been charged with assault. I think he's in prison as we speak. It's all over the internet

Welp, the Internet is wrong. Yaniv was charged with assault and released last Friday. He'll be in court on the assault charge on Valentine's Day and has other court appearances slated for the weapons charges, but he's free in the mean time. He's been convicted of nothing so far.

Valentine's Day court date for assaulting the journalist or something else?

Whenever they lived in Greenside it seemed the 3 of them were always together. It was really pathetic to see a 20 something man with his mommy and aunt all the time. A total loser. The only place the aunt didn't seem to go to were the strata meetings. The aunt and Mariam also seemed to use the pool pretty regularly. Mommy was the one who got loser son the job at the pool, which I believe lasted all of 2 weeks due to his sick fascination with prepubescent girls.

That's pretty based. Fair fucks to them putting their foot down on the free dinner

He has been charged, as confirmed by Bexte. However, he cannot have been found guilty yet. In Canada it's several weeks from being charged to just making your first appearance in front of a judge to enter a plea or ask for time to find legal council. Then, even if he pleaded guilty, the Crown generally needs time for a sentencing report for the judge before any kind of punishment is handed down. Add to that, courts are backlogged most of the time, it would be impossible for him to be charged, appear, handed a verdict, and sentenced in 1 week. You'd have better odds of getting a Big Mac that looked like the picture on the menu than you would have of seeing our justice system work that swiftly.

Our courts are so backed up that hundreds of charges get dropped or thrown out under habeas corpus.

That makes sense.

I believe there's footage of him attacking the journalist so at least that's one godsend if he has the balls (pun intended) to plead 'not guilty' when he does appear in court
