Yes, that will be in the docket and there's basically no justification he can come up with to prevent the court from making it available for download.
That was one thing that really steamed my banana during his state of goutopia shtreem. How he would say "such and such is public record!" and then in the next sentence he'd say "my bankruptcy attorney slash bankruptcy lawyer slash bankruptcy tax guy said that no regular person should have access to that stuff!" What fucking part of "public record" is so beguiling? Is he right that there's some nudniks out there that will look for that stuff? Sure, I suppose. But, how do you think businesses like refinance companies and realtors and shit find you? Through public record filings. Buy a home? Prepare for a few months of "congratulations you bought a home! Here's an offer for shit you don't need!"

As soon as his bankruptcy gets filed, he's going to get flooded with debt consolidation mailings and shit. None of it will be from the tractors, it will all be from businesses that prey on people being stupid. And it wouldn't at all surprise me if Phil fell for one of those things.

That was so fucking obnoxious. THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE clicking REFRESH THOUSANDS OF TIMES AN HOUR

Or, you know. One guy checked once. Or someone set up a shell script. He needs to stop flattering himself; at this point there's nothing different about him from the thousands of people who spend themselves into a hole across the US every day.

Tangentially, the fact he's still streaming tells me that he has no interest in taking this seriously whatsoever. There's no way his time value of money is better spend farting around in Minecraft and begging versus job searches, getting entry level whatever, anything to show the court he is working in earnest to save himself from his own debts.

That's right your honor, I can't afford to keep doing what I'm doing and get out from under my debt. What am I doing about it? The same thing I always do.

I wonder how generic the "notes" about meetings & phone calls will be

Something else I wanted to bring up regarding Kat. Has DSP said anything about going on her company insurance plan?
I remember a time when he was really salty he had to pay for his own insurance. But especially now that he’s married wouldn’t it make sense if he had gone on whatever plan her job provides, that’s surely a better and cheaper alternative than him paying fully, and it would actually be something kat is doing to help him considering outside of occasional meal making it doesn’t seem like this bitch helps out at all, or he at least doesn’t make it seem like she does

Despite his claims, she's clearly part-time and probably not working more than 20 hours a week. So unless the company she's working for is super generous, she's not getting employer-based insurance.

At this point, I'm certain Kat's job is less about money and more about getting out of the house.

Married people that actually love each other wouldn't be able to stand each other if they spent all their time together, barring situations where they both own their own small company together or some equivalent. Considering DSP legit does not leave his house six days per week, Kat just needs to get out of the house to do ANYTHING besides spend all her time with DSP.

Are we sure he's going to be honest in his financial filing for his bankruptcy ? i just can't see phil giving anyone honest documents.

If he's actually filing for bankruptcy, he would have to or get his ass thrown in jail for fraud.

I wonder if he understands her income will get counted when determining how much he has to pay for the plan.

I wonder if she understands that. I also wonder if he understands that she may get the fuck out of Dodge if she realizes the mess she got into, and desperately try to extricate herself from it with a divorce lawyer experienced in divorcing bankrupts.

I seriously doubt he explained his dire financial situation to her honestly before suckering her into a marriage that only benefits him.

What strikes me about this is that Phil probably sees that as normal since his parents seem to have a similar, albeit gender swapped, version of this. Granted, it's based on Phil's word, but his parents certainly sound like they more or less occupy the same residence and not much else.

Man, this is going to be one great saga to happen. I mean, how the hell can phil spin it once we all know what he makes? I mean, how are you going to convince people youre broke when we have a court document saying you aren't?

You think she will file the divorce once he files for bankruptcy? If this is the case, this entire saga might go full spoony then and we may see the king of hate finally crumble. I doubt it though.

He doesn't care about that, luckily. He only cares about the perception of himself as always right and the detractors as always wrong. His whole defense during the stream was "I never lied about being foreclosed on, and if you think so you're an idiot" is such an insane side-stepping of the actual veracity of the claims. He put more thought into that than even saying what kind of bankruptcy he was considering, what might be made public, or how he attempts to finalize a payment plan.

Would Phil still be able to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to his sole-proprietor business if he ends up not qualifying for Chapter 13 for some reason if he doesn't want to file for Chapter 7 and be compelled to liquidate his assets?

He's been getting them already guaranteed. Once they see you are near 50% of your credit in hock, out they go.

Too little debt would still disqualify him, but I believe he could have up to a couple million in debt under Chapter 11. Chapter 11 requires him to do an insane amount of work though, bookkeeping and shit, a filing fee of over $1K etc.

his announcement stream was just him trying to manipulate and warn his paypigs that whatever the detractors say about his bankruptcy will automatically be wrong based on the validity of some escort meme

makes sense

I don't think she'll file for divorce until/unless she's told she has to give her money to the trustee and she's maintaining her own fun money bank account.

Didn't dsp slip up once and say something along the lines of "she has her own bills and her own money for herself. Our funds are separate". I swear he mentioned that.
