I shouldn’t be making this post on account of having a really rough week. There’s a lot of bullshit that doesn’t need to be expanded on, and this is going to come off as a childish attention grab, but to be as blunt as possible, I need to let it go and I feel like I can move on more easily if I just be straightforward with you guys. Over the past year I got to know some really great people within this community. Reading your threads, watching Chris’s antics, having civil and chill discussions have all really gotten me through a rough patch and I’m genuinely thankful. I’m not particularly skilled when it comes to articulating my thoughts properly so bear with me.
To get to the point: I’m Jack Z. (as seen in this thread: https://kiwifarms.net/threads/jack-...nycon-wants-to-hang-out-with-him-there.42041/). I’m well aware of what happened with Hirtes and puppet fucker Lucas, so making this topic probably is probably displaying a severe lack of judgment on my part, but I’m drunk off my ass.
Chris is a legitimately good dude. I’ve followed him since the beginning; laughed, cringed, cried, etc. From the perspective of a lot of people who don’t have any context regarding the intricacies of how much people fucked with him online, he was a smug autist who lashed out on well meaning people. But like Null mentioned in the Wise & Boyd thread, the keystone of Chris’s entire internet infamy is his extremely severe case of gullibility. Had I known this, I would’ve never tried to initiate contact with him. I was making a really half-assed attempt to recreate the whole “Chris vs The Tro l l of the Week” and didn’t quite grasp what exactly was going on. Assuming shit about this entire dynamic between Chris and the internet led to me being doxxed, making a fool of myself, and burning a few bridges that have only just recently started to repair.
From a PM sent to me by Null. I really pissed him the fuck off which was a considerably unwise decision.
Trolls remorse aside, I was in dire need of a career path and I chose to go for a second BA in IT. I was going to do the credit transfer bullshit and be done with it. My family was egging me on and I went manic. I decided I wanted to do something crazy before I committed myself full time to studying. Chris was that outlet. I had saved almost every dime I earned and gave him a hefty sum of $1200. We spoke over the phone after, and when he’s not paranoid if you’re trying to mess with him, he’s surprising erudite and easygoing. I got cocky, bit off more than I can chew, and ended up backing off after it led to my personal info being leaked by Lucas Willims/Wolf. He had actually attempted to contact me under his Johnny Ray Bucci identity and tried to goad me into forming an alliance to troll Chris. I ignored him and haven’t heard about him since.
After the initial heat died down from being doxxed, BronyCon came and went without anything transpiring. I didn’t attend and the Brony facade was to get an in with Chris, as pathetic as that is. I was contacted immediately after by The Captain. I don’t have any screenshots anymore as they’re on an old machine on a partition I can’t access anymore, but the gist is that his real-world identity is Jack Wilson, aka OrneryPossum ( https://kiwifarms.net/threads/ornerypossum.19252/). He was a KF user that attempted to gain his own e-fame through a failed attempt to interview Megan Schroeder, got doxxed, and fucked off. Or so I thought. Turns out he maintained contact with her, got into contact with Chris himself, and earned his trust. Wilson is an air force captain on medical leave with a filipina wife and who has a young daughter. He has diagnosed aspergers and, similar to Chris’s situation, had elderly parents who both unfortunately passed away several years ago (Both were born in the 20s). Some of you guys are already privvy to his identity, but using a similar tactic to the idea guys, he was able to convince Chris to accept his help via assuming a persona known as “The Captain”. I found out through him that Wise & Boyd were extorting Chris before Null properly exposed them, and none of the $1200 I gave him ended up in his pocket. All of it went to the Idea Guys and if I ever see Joshua’s box shaped mug in public, I’m going to crack his fucking head open like a walnut. The Captain did everything he could, against the insistence of his wife, to help Chris out and he went above and beyond. Wilson is an incredibly swell dude and doesn’t have a bad bone in his body.
