I think the law suit obsession is basically exact what we observed here. That even when she is wrong, this somehow proves her right.
She bizarrely thinks that having her cases dismissed doesn't mean that they had no merit.
If they had been a boxing match, the referees would have called her cases and automatic win for the defender, because the challenger had no hands.

I've seen a lot of the same behavior with Russel Greer. He's got a paralegal certificate (possibly a degree, I don't recall) but constantly attempts to correct anyone in the legal field who disagrees with him. One judge carefully instructed him on the proper way to serve the defendant. Another patiently took the time to explain how his suit was non-meritorious. You can see him "hear but not listen" in one video. He then later rants about "bias judges" and "discrimination". This seems to be along the same vein of Melinda's "judicial corruption" or whatever she claims. It all becomes a big conspiracy theory, with narcissism and paranoia mixing together to make a perfect storm of ignorance and outbursts.

Melinda then did the "ha ha I'm actually studying YOU bit", but that probably extends only so far as her posting select screenshots of her conversations on twitter so others can tell her to keep up the good fight. If she is studying Kiwis, why? It's not that difficult, it's a crowdsourced insult comedy show. What purpose does the research have? That despite all the jokes when one of the cows like CWC is in trouble Kiwis can still be good people? How does she find time for that research between six kids, her day job, and being raped by her husband?

Just watching rekieta stream I got linked, and something struck me. She listed a lot of strange reasons she was offended and she seemed (I think) that kiwi farms sought to "embarrass her" by pointing out she had a stalker. But how is that embarrassing?

Then I remembered this biography I read called the escape. It's about a woman stuck in an flds cult. The religious beliefs there and the mountain Jews here differ of course but they still run with the same theme that illnesses or pain or problems should be shamed run similarly.
