A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

2 troons assault a man who made fun of them in public. Remember, troons are strong mentally stable people.

I posted this video the other day and it was largely ignored. A few rated it "late," what ever that means, but the video does show how violent troons are and that they should be avoided. I have no idea why people are defending them though? They are dressed inappropriately. That dress is so short you can see everything and the other troon's moobs are practically hanging out. This is how they force people into participating in their perverse fetish.

Troons should always be ridiculed, especially if they are exposing themselves in public.

I can't wait for Troon-Anon meetings to pop up in the future.

Hell, there are enough trans widows out there that we could probably make use of them now.
Trans widows’ experiences are hard to read without getting MOTI. I’m sure it’ll be the same with their kids. I can’t wait for the “Extra Ordinary”-style memoir from one of them featuring a tell-all front row seat to the Tranbrella Academy polycules they had to live in.

ETA: in the tranny beat down video, it looks like old man green shirt is the one who violated their personal space and instigated, but blue shirt is somehow the one who got stilletoed?

Nobody is defending them. Personally I'm laughing at the two idiots who were stupid brave enough to even engage these crazy bitches to begin with. What is so hard to grasp about "don't engage the cows"? At least everyone else in that restaurant had some entertainment to go with their pizza.

Some people were defending them. How do you know they didn't instigate it and that's why the men were mocking them? None of us were there. They chose to go out in public dressed like that. They deserve the ridicule they get. Smashing someone over the head with a stiletto because they laughed at them is overkill.

Two new South Dakota and Kentucky bills coming right up:
South Dakota (Senate Bill 88 ):
Here's the bill itself if ye want it
If a counselor, school psychologist, or social worker, employed by a school district or nonpublic school in this state, determines during a counseling session that a student under the age of eighteen is articulating feelings of gender dysphoria, or determines that a student under the age of eighteen is articulating an interest in self-injurious behavior, the counselor, psychologist, or social worker shall provide notice of the determination to a parent of the student.
If the kid suffers from gender dysphoria, the councelor is meant to tell their parents pretty much.

The juicier bill is Kentucky's House Bill 321, now, I haven't been able to read the bill myself but I have found a couple articles/a twitter thread talking about it so I hope that's enough. It's like the SD one in that it targets doctors that prescribe puberty blockers/hormones to underage kids, but it also gives parents veto rights over the issue.

No complaints, but since this approach has a limited reach: I’d like to see a series of bills in moderate states that simply remove doctors’ abilities to wriggle off the liability hook via the informed consent model. “Some doctors are protecting themselves at patients’ expense when they prescribe drugs with untested side effects, and that’s bad and we should stop it”would be doable right now in a ton of states. But you just know those faucets would dry up if the docs thought they might actually be on the financial hook for what they’re doing.

Links and archives don't seem to work. So I'm just going to upload screenshots of it:

And here's a link to the unofficial copy of the bill: https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/recorddocuments/bill/20RS/hb321/orig_bill.pdf

Also comes with a quick official summary:" Create a new section of KRS Chapter 438 to prohibit medical professionals from performing surgeries or proscribing medications to a minor with the intent to alter the sex the child was assigned at birth and create a Class D felony and a civil cause of action for violations; create a new section of KRS Chapter 405 regarding parental rights in the area of gender identity or gender dysphoria; create a new section of KRS Chapter 61 to create employee protections for public employees who express opinions regarding gender identity or gender dysphoria."

The two guys had it coming, but really, the correct thing to do in the situation would be to go tell someone at the restaurant some of their customers are making a ruckus and harassing you, or just leave. Like that other comment said, the troons escalating this into a fight is what really demonstrates their masculinity, (and immaturity, and stupidity). You know what happens when a girl gets harassed by men? She does everything she can to avoid escalating the situation, because she knows the average guy could beat the shit out of her if he wanted to, and even moreso women aren't socialized to be as aggressive as men.
I hope we get more troon chimpouts like this in the future. They're funny. I think after a while people will start to notice only the most stunning and brave of women get into fistfights in public.

Can't wait to see troons use this chick as an example of why trannies aren't advantaged in sports

They already do. They claim Mosier proves that FTMs aren't disadvantaged in men's sports. Bitch didn't fucking finish!

As far as I know, the only sport she's placed in was in a relay race. Imagine being the dudes on Mosier's team who get to see their overall results suffer because they're pandering to a delusional woman. Although, if they're choosing to let her on their team, they have only themselves to blame.

A taxpayer-funded preschool in New York City is teaching students to pick their own genders as part of a curriculum based on Black Lives Matter activism, according to a New York Post columnist.

Teachers at the PS 58 Carroll School in Brooklyn announced new curriculum for the 3 and 4 year-olds based on the 13 Principles of the Movement for Black Lives, which call for “transgender affirmation.” The classes will come as part of the Black Lives Matter Week of Action from February 3-7.

“I was kind of horrified,” one father of a preschooler told the Post. “They say they’re trying to reduce racism and discrimination. To me, they’re perpetuating it, fomenting a sense of victimhood that 4-year-olds would never consider on their own.”

Teacher Rosy Clark sent an email to parents announcing the curriculum in mid-January, describing each of the 13 points in her own words.

“Everybody has the right to choose their own gender by listening to their own heart and mind. Everyone gets to choose if they are a boy or a girl or both or neither or something else, and no one gets to choose for them,” Clark wrote, according to the Post.

The week of action is aimed at four main issues, according to the movement’s materials:

  • End Zero Tolerance: Lessen punishments for unruly children.
  • Hire More Black Teachers
  • Mandate Black History And Ethnic Studies
  • Fund Counselors Not Cops

Clark did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller.

What 4-year-old doesn't want to be an attack helicopter?

I dislike the idea of having to tell the parents of a kid this because some parents are abusive in one way or another. It also makes it much less likely that a kid goes to a counselor with their concerns and instead seeks internet help which is never a good idea.

In response to Kentucky's evil transphobic legislation one brave, noble troon is going to stand-up to the evil GOP and put an end to this. Their name is Ramona Thomas and as you can see they are a beautiful woman:

Bitch wouldn't even walk for 15 minutes. She's not an athlete, she's a troon troll, out there to test the waters.

The parents are the legal guardians of the child. They're the ones who are supposed to care for the child and to be the most equipped to make decisions in the child's best interest. If the kid got a physical illness, like cancer or coronavirus, you tell the parents. If the kid got a mental illness, like schizophrenia or troonism, you tell the parents.

Abusive parents are an entirely separate concern. Should you not tell the parents about the child's academic progress either because s/he might be beaten up if the parents find out s/he needs a mnemonic to remember the order of operations?

I feel like suicidal ideation should require at least thinking about how and when you're going to do it.

I've thought about suicide somewhat in passing, mostly during the worst period of my life when my mom was sick, but it never went further than thinking I'd be better off dead or the people around me would be better off if I were gone, that line of thought when you're clinically depressed. That kind of thinking isn't healthy, but I wouldn't call it "ideation".

It also seems like many people have thought that at some point in their lives, so this is another way trans activists pad out their statistics of "oppression" to get whatever they want from the rest of us.

It extends to more than their version of suicidal ideation. I know and have met some other people that while they're not trans consider themselves non-binary because when they were a kid or early teen they sometimes wondered what it would be like to be the opposite gender. For those that haven't accepted the current dogma that doesn't mean anything, everyone does that at some point, everyone wonders what it would be like to be something they are not at some point or at different times in their life. In my opinion it is just a way to explore and think about the world from a different point of view.
What would it be like to be as tall as a NBA player or rich as Bezos or america-fat, super-thin, strong like a strongman so lifting an oak table up four flight of stairs would be less of a pain in the ass or fit as fuck so a boring 50 minute walk along a straight path can be done by effortlessly running instead.

To TRAs the specific part of wondering about being the other gender is of course a sign of being trans in an "egg" way and they latch onto it no matter the context or significance.
One of the people I'm talking about that considers themselves non-binary is a perfectly normal woman that was part of the late 90's early 2000's snowboarding subculture, it had a particular style like subcultures often have. A high-school girl in baggy clothes and a beanie in a mostly male (winter) environment MUST have some hidden significance, hmm...

I wish I was dead so I wouldn't have to think about these things. (add 1 to the "exposure to trans-ideology creates suicidal ideations in sane people" statistic)

God this shit is so stupid. EVERYONE HAS THOUGHT ABOUT BEING THE OTHER GENDER. "Dude, what if I was a chick, would I be hot? Lol I'd totes jump on the bed with my tits flopping around breh." It's not that deep. And while were at it, EVERYONE HATES PUBERTY. The whole nature of puberty is discomfort!!!! I swear to god, this shit is beyond my comprehension

I mean...I haven’t. But, I’ve also never projected myself into any impossible scenarios. Even my fantasies had to seem achievable, like the elaborate fantasy I had about nuclear apocalypse reducing the total # of women in the world down the levels it would take for me to be able to land Colin Firth.

Iowa says "no" to trans rights:
House GOP Lawmakers Try to End Transgender Right in Iowa Law
Republican lawmakers have proposed a bill to amend the Iowa Civil Rights Act by removing protections against discrimination for transgender people.
By Associated Press, Wire Service Content Jan. 29, 2020, at 5:32 p.m.

BY DAVID PITT, Associated Press

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Republican lawmakers on Wednesday proposed a bill to amend the Iowa Civil Rights Act by removing protections against discrimination for transgender people.

Iowa law currently prohibits discrimination based on gender identity, race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, ancestry and disability. Gender identity was added by lawmakers in 2007 when Democrats regained control of the Iowa Legislature and held the governor’s office with the election of Gov. Chet Culver.
Nine Republican House members are sponsoring the bill introduced on Wednesday. The GOP took control of the legislature in 2017.
Civil and gay rights advocates immediately criticized the measure.
“Allowing transgender Iowans to be fired from their jobs or denied housing simply because they are transgender is a new low, and they should be ashamed of themselves,” said Courtney Reyes, director of One Iowa Action, an LGBTQ advocacy group.
The American Civil Liberties Union of Iowa said the bill attempts to roll back the clock.
“Discriminating against transgender people — or any Iowans — will not make them, or us, go away or stop being who they are. We’ll continue to remind legislators of the obvious: Transgender people already do exist; they aren’t going anywhere; and they have large communities of Iowans fighting for equality and dignity right alongside them,” said Mark Stringer, the group's executive director.
Bill sponsor Republican Rep. Dean Fisher, a central Iowa farmer, said he proposed the measure to address “a whole host of issues” such as transgender women seeking to be incarcerated in women's prisons.
It wasn’t immediately clear if the Iowa Department of Corrections has dealt with such requests. Spokesman Cord Overton said he would research the issue and attempt to provide an answer.
Fisher also cited concerns about transgender women participating in women's sports, an issue not widely reported as a problem in Iowa.
“I think we’ve just got to nip this in the bud,” Fisher said.
He also raised concerns about an Iowa Supreme Court ruling last year that said the state couldn’t prevent Medicaid from paying for sex reassignment surgeries because it violated the Iowa Civil Rights Act. Republican lawmakers later amended the act specifically to say it doesn't require government entities to pay for sex reassignment surgery. A lawsuit challenging that law on constitutional equal protection grounds was initially dismissed by a judge but continues to be litigated.
The only group registered in favor of the latest bill is the The Family Leader, an evangelical Christian group that opposes gay marriage and abortion. Lobbyists for several other groups including the state’s largest public employee union oppose the bill.
It was referred to the House Judiciary Committee. Chairman Steven Holt did not immediately respond to a question about whether it would advance to a subcommittee.
The Human Rights Campaign, an LGBTQ civil rights advocacy group, said at least 20 states prohibit employment, housing and public accommodation discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
