My impression is that the majority of people on this forum will never accept or respect a trannie's opposite gender presentation to matter how well that trannie passes or how far along they are in their transition. What they're likely assuming is that if someone is polite enough to use someone's chosen pronouns that they accept their belief that they're a woman. Some use them out of needing to avoid getting dragged into a shitshow in work or otherwise forcibly woke spaces, some use them because they don't really give a damn about that particular facet.

When it comes to myself I don't care how much you pass, how much you shift your actions, how many hormones you pump yourself with. You will not be a woman or a man now. There are many reasons that are often mentioned in this thread so I'm not going to state them again.

What is such a trip to me is the wishful thinking of so many of these guys. It isn’t just the ass-patting on reddit that gets them thinking they “pass.” It’s also that they think that being called she/her/ma’am means they pass.
In reality (remember reality?) if you’re a troon & someone addresses you as female, it’s for any one or more of the following reasons:

- It’s obvious that’s what you’re attempting and the person doesn’t care one way or another
- They feel sorry for you
- They want to show off how in-the-know and woke they are (often overlapping with feeling sorry for you)
- They just don’t want to deal with your horseshit, because everyone is sick to death of this self-centered crap, and they are just praying that you aren’t a xe/xir
- They think you’re a drag queen
- They’re afraid of you because you all are willing to cut your dicks off and constantly threatening to kill yourselves and posing with knives on social media talking about killing women & shit
- a bunch of other possible reasons
and then waaaaaaay down at the bottom of the list, added on in very light pencil:

I'll never see any trans person as the gender they want to present. Out of reflex (thanks uber liberal college!) I MAY say their preferred pronouns, but they're mentally ill. It's a mental disorder, and one that's been paraded around and accepted for way too long. If it costs me something valuable, like a job position or something, I'll gender you right, but don't expect uwu girl tips! Or a friendship or anything. KF is consistently more likely to gender gay trannies as "women" than straight ones. That's why people like Wu, Blaire White, Nikki Tutorials etc. sometimes get female pronouns. It's not correlated with stink ditch status at ALL, and they'd know that if they read the Rhys McKinnon thread.

This person seems to fear being male on a deep psychological level. It's usually just avoidant bullshit because they don't enjoy social responsibility (and think women dodge it lmao), but it might be abuse. It's probably something they should go to therapy for.

Exactly. Doctors don't consider trannies as men/women. They see them as their biological sex. That's the whole point of being a doctor. They diagnose based on biological fact. They see a mentally ill male/female that's struggling with themselves. They'll see them as a trans person, certainly, but a real doctor that actually cares about their patients will never consider a tranny as a true and honest man/woman. They'll actually send them to get help.
