Richard C. Kyanka v. Ashley K. Martin (2020) - Lowtax's second divorce

Is there an archive of this stream?
Turns out I'm retarded and messed up some details. He found some old pictures and started talking about a friend who died from abusing drugs, including Ambien, and Lauren didn't completely leave the room until the end. However, the stream is still up on YouTube, with even the Live Chat still available.

As penance, I've timestamped the main events of the video. Even if you don't want to watch it, I highly recommend watching the last two minutes. All my attempts to clip it out failed, sorry.
19:00 - Lauren doesn't know why Lowtax never told her that he went to college, doesn't believe him when he says he did. Lowtax leaves the room to get proof.

25:00 - Lauren calls for Lowtax, he doesn't respond

27:50 - Lauren goes to check on Lowtax, says he fell asleep on the toilet

29:30 - Lowtax finally returns, brought back a photo album. He sounds pretty tired.

32:30 - Lowtax talks about working at Voodoo eXtreme, owned by Billy "Wicked" Wilson. Billy was a massive addict, did a lot of uppers.

34:50 - Lauren begins to look visibly uncomfortable

38:40 - Lauren leaves to go to the restroom

40:30 - Lowtax goes back to talking about Billy Wilson, accidentally calls him "Villy Voodoo Wilson"

41:00 - "I was basically in the position to do the clean-up when [Billy] had taken his Ambien, and alcohol, and other drugs, and written nonsensical posts at 3AM." Lowtax talks about taking care of Billy during Billy's drug-related episodes.

42:40 - Lowtax reads a letter he wrote for Billy that he never go to deliver, because Billy died very shortly after. It's actually a heartfelt letter.

43:30 - Lowtax begins crying. He talks about wanting to help Billy and try to prevent what happened, you can tell he's really fucked up over what happened and laments that he couldn't do anything ultimately. This is also pretty genuine and you can tell just by his voice and body language.

44:40 - Someone in chat jokes or asks "drunk already?"

47:00 - Lauren returns. Watch another minute or two to get a feeling for Lauren's body language. The next 8-ish minutes are Lowtax talking about how shit the video game industry.

56:42 - Lowtax starts up a game after nearly half an hour

1:10:30 - Lowtax has Lauren play some YanSim clone, leaves the room again

1:11:20 - Lauren follows Lowtax and says "I don't want to a livestream" (not sure). Lowtax suggests she play another one, Lauren sounds upset. They come back in and I can't understand what Lauren is saying, but she's whispering. Lowtax goes on about playing a really awesome game. Lauren leaves the room, stream ends abruptly.

The next stream isn't until March 29.
It's still so unfortunate to watch, and I feel bad that Lauren had to sit through it all.

Thanks for taking the time to find this and make timestamps.

And fuck Lowtax for putting that ear-rape bullshit at the beginning of the stream.

@AnOminous Wouldn't the court have to take into account that technically, Lowtax was supposed to be responsible for Ashley during her immigration process? Granted I'm sure they will also note that Ashley knowingly overstayed - but if she pleads the case as Lowtax refusing to help her become legal - wouldn't that be grounds for abuse of her status and neglect on his part?

To be fair she probably has her own questions to answer as to why this stuff wasn't already done, but it's also pretty clear, and I think once both parties have spoken, it's pretty obvious Richard is abusing the situation to keep her in a shelter and keep his own infant child in poverty. He is going to have an uphill fight to argue this is somehow responsible adult behavior and not just abusive shithead behavior.

If they were both equally represented I would imagine the very first thing that happened should be he gets a nice fat immediate haircut, an immediate pendente lite order for massive child support, and ordered to knock off all his social media bullshit immediately, which he can appeal on an expedited basis if he wants to.

But considering he has a snake like creep lawyer and she has a young and enthusiastic but possibly inexperienced free lawyer, we might not see that.

Ashli calling him 'dad' in that video, yikes.

Also it cannot be a good look for any argument he's going to have that he would be the most competent and appropriate parent for total custody, when his wife slipped the chain for the abuse shelter while he was about a couple thousand miles away on a "business trip". A business trip that has absolutely no hope of being interpreted in any other way in that court, than a flight to SLC to fuck a different woman for a while.

I just love that there's always a superlolyer now and the farms just has to check.

If there's a lolcow in the lolsuit it's going to have a Super Lawyer every time. It's a law of physics.

A business trip that has absolutely no hope of being interpreted in any other way in that court, than a flight to SLC to fuck a different woman for a while.

A business trip with a drug addled psycho slut who has been publicly spewing obscenities on social media against the mother, and who he inexplicably immediately moved in to the home she and the child fled

If she and hot lawyer win against lotax what do you think he'll do? Suicide?

SA will give him all the asspats he needs to keep his ego sated. He went up against a cis woman, he'll be a martyr in their eyes.

Pillheads like Lowtax sometimes just don't wake up one morning because they finally went a step too far and overestimated the punishment their body can take. People think this is some Lowtax suicide fanfic but it's not. These things happen. He's not that young anymore, and there are risk factors that get worse with age. He's slowly entering that age where seemingly perfectly healthy men sometimes just fall over dead because of some underlying heart condition and lowtax is anything but healthy, one look at him will tell you that.

I think he could have an absolutely magical lawyer and it's not going to save him. First of all even if asked by goons he just will not shut up about this and make himself look bad in the process. Secondly, without power-leveling myself, from my work I know that family and social court judges have an inbuilt BS meter for fuckers like lowtax. They deal with some of the most trashy, shitty, abusive, wife- and child-beating addict scum on a daily basis. Guys like lowtax usually go in smug as all fuck because they think they'll trick and maybe even strong-arm the judge just like they sometimes do everyone else in their lives, just not only to find out that the judge doesn't give a shit, he also heard it all before. I don't think he has good cards, expensive lawyer or not. The only thing that could happen is Maplewives Lawyer being really bad and disinterested in everything, but he at least doesn't look that way I guess.

The opioid epidemic is actually lowering the average lifespan in the U.S. That shit is that likely to kill you. Benzos also won't kill you by yourself, but they make it a lot easier to OD on other things, and especially combined with alcohol, make it a lot easier to make serious errors in judgment. Like taking even more opioids.

The only thing I can see making him look good in comparison is if she looks like even more of a piece of shit than he does. And while I suppose that's possible, it doesn't seem all that likely she's been able to get up to any antics since the separation. Even if she were exactly as much of a fuckup as he is, just being in a structured environment like a shelter has probably contained the worst of her own behavior, even assuming she's as bad as he is normally.

Family courts are also utterly used to abusive males coming in with a massive financial advantage and a psycho lawyer and trying to bully a wife they deliberately kept impoverished. It's a fucking cliche and this dick has completely played into it. I guess we'll see just how much corruption there is with local connections.

Involving a kid is going to give even a favorably inclined judge issues when he's so obviously a drunken drug addict who openly appears wasted out of his mind on booze and drugs on stream, effectively in public. If he gives custody to this fucking weirdo and then the dick accidentally sets the kid on fire on stream or whatever idiot shit he'd do, it's his career.

I guess that's a relief. Not like Lowtest is a good liar, but still.
