The FBI reported in '96 & '97 that false reports of rape had an 8% frequency, which was 400% more than any other index crime tracked. Here's the screenshot for the '96 UCR, the '97 UCR is essentially the same.

The DoD report from FY2017 shows a 20% rate of "insufficient evidence to prosecute an offense", which I read as "consensual sex happened, but she regretted it", or "she made up a claim, because reasons".

The only Japanese offended by the term would be Nth generation Californians LARPing as Japanese. I can guarantee nobody, as in "no actual living person" in Japan cares about this shit to any extent, and the same with the sherpas. It is always Americans with zero connection to the original culture... and usually very little to the ethnicity.

During the period of study, the total number of Bachelor Degrees awarded raised by 54 percent (from 1.2 million to 1.9 million). The number awarded to niggers increased from from 111,300 to 194,500 -- a mere 10% of all Bachelor awardees all along, with a tiny raise from 9.2% in 2000-01 to 10.2% in 2016-16). Of course, the end-goal of their tirade is essentially just "white savior" syndrome, asking us to give up our civil liberties and rights and give them all to racial minorites. Because apparently civil rights are a zero-sum game, so in order for minorities to have them, white people have to give up theirs. That's not how that works, moron.
