Most of those Chinese package tour companies have a very set schedule. The restaurants and shops that they've been shepherded through are probably largely owned by the same company that runs the tour and set up to cater to Chinese tourists. Obviously more of a problem if they've been to say, natural attractions with free admission, which would be the other sort of place that those companies include on their tours.It doesn't say if they're part of a tour group, because if they are - and most Chinese tourists are - they will have been in close contact with them on the tour bus and so on. Never mind all the museums and shops and crowded cafes they've been coughing up their germs around. How the hell you trace everyone these two have been around since they arrived .. impossible task.
Hahah I mean I'm not saying that this kind of Chinese package tourism brings no actual benefit to the native people of the nations which host it or anything. That would be racist.
