An ex-actress who claims Harvey Weinstein raped her told a court at his trial Friday that his genitalia were so “deformed,” she actually pitied him — and that he shot his penis with an erection drug moments before the alleged attack.
“The first time I saw him fully naked, I felt, I thought he was deformed and intersex,” Jessica Mann, 34, a Washington state native, told Manhattan Supreme Court jurors during Weinstein’s rape and sex assault trial.
“He has extreme scarring that I didn’t know if maybe he was a burn victim. He does not have testicles and it appears like he has a vagina,” Mann said as Weinstein bowed his head while sitting at the defense table.
Mann said when she first saw him in the buff, she performed consensual oral sex on him.
“When I first saw him naked, I was filled with compassion, absolute compassion,” she said through tears, adding, “It seemed his anger came from a place of shame.”
Then Mann described how on a later occasion, Weinstein allegedly raped her on March 18, 2013, at the Doubletree Hotel in Midtown, where Mann had been staying with an agent.
Mann had a breakfast organized that morning at the hotel with Weinstein, her agent and a pal, and Weinstein showed up early and called for her downstairs, where she saw him booking a room.
“Then I really freak out,” she said, adding that she told Weinstein “We don’t need a room.”
“He got very mad at me for trying to speak up,” she said. “I was saying to the people [at the counter] ‘We don’t need a room,’ so he pulled me aside in the corner and told me not to embarrass him.”
Weinstein then took her up to the hotel room, where she said she “attempted twice to open the door and leave and he locked the door both times.”
Then, Mann said, she “kind of shut down a little bit and he told me to undress.”
She initially refused, “and then he comes at me and grabs my hand to try to force me to start undressing myself,” said Mann, who noted that in that moment, she “panicked” and ultimately “gave up.”
“I undressed and he stood over me until I was completely naked and he told me to lay on the bed,” Mann told jurors, adding that Weinstein then briefly walked into the bathroom.
“Then he came out naked and he got on top of me and that’s when he put himself inside of me, his penis inside of me,” she said.
Following the alleged attack, she said, she “ran into the bathroom,” where she saw an erection-inducing syringe in the trash.
“He stabbed himself with a needle and there has to be blood and he was inside of me,” Mann thought. “I was kind of in shock over that.”
Mann said she first met the movie producer at a party in Hollywood Hills in late 2012 or early 2013.
“With my religious background and everything I thought God was blessing me for having met him for committing to myself for committing to my dreams,” said Mann, who says she grew up in a trailer park.
Weinstein and Mann later met up at a bookstore called Book Soup in West Hollywood.
She said in the beginning, their meet-ups were “very normal.”
“He was very engaging. There were a few moments where he made a grunting sound and would look at me … I didn’t know if it was an autistic-like trait because it was a little confusing,” Mann testified.
Mann, who gripped a blue stress ball during her testimony, had dinner with Weinstein on a later occasion at the Peninsula Hotel, and when she followed him up to a suite, he “started to undress himself.”
“He said, ‘Let me give you a massage, take off your shirt. I want to give you a massage, just relax.’ And I was like, ‘It’s OK, I don’t want a massage’ and this went on.”
She said Weinstein had lotion and she was pressured into giving him a massage.
“He had a lot of, a lot of blackheads and the texture of them was uncomfortable,” Mann said.
During another meet-up, Mann and her friend Talita Maia went to another hotel with Weinstein following a night out after Weinstein told them they’d be “perfect” for a vampire film he was producing, she said.
“He said, ‘Listen, girls, why don’t you take your time, finish your drinks. Let’s go upstairs. I have the scripts. I’ll give you the scripts,’” said Mann, who added that Weinstein had told her she reminded him of his then-wife, Georgina Chapman, and that she was “prettier than Natalie Portman.”
“I said, ‘No, no, no, I know what that means,’ and then he laughed at me and said, ‘I’m a harmless old man,’ and then I got embarrassed because he made fun of me,” she said.
Inside the hotel room, she said, Weinstein called her into the bedroom and pulled her in and closed the door while her friend sat outside.
“As he was closing the door, he then had me by both arms and he came at me and he was pushing me back and trying to kiss me like crazy. I was like, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa, I told you I’m not sexual,’” she said.
She testified that they then got into this “sort of tussle back and forth” and he eventually “tightened his grip.”
“The more I fought, the angrier he got and his anger scared me, so I tried to calm him down [with a] joke and he calmed down a bit,” she said. “He said, ‘I’m not letting you leave until I do something for you’ … then he told me to sit on the bed and that’s when he went down on me.”
“He put his mouth on my vagina,” Mann said, fighting back tears.
Mann said she “started to fake an orgasm to get out of it,” and when Weinstein asked her if she “liked it,” she said, “I was nervous, so I told him it was the best I ever had.”
Weinstein is only charged in the alleged March 18, 2013, rape incident.
“He would say, ‘do you like my big fat Jewish d-ck,” Mann said, adding that he “always wanted to film me” and that Weinstein once peed on her and pressured her to have a threesome with him.
Mann even described for jurors Weinstein’s, telling jurors that the movie mogul “smelled like sh-t – excuse me, sorry, poop.”
“He was just dirty,” said Mann.
Weinstein is charged with two counts of predatory sexual assault, two counts of rape and one count of criminal sex act stemming from the allegations of three women: Mann, former “Project Runway” producer Miriam “Mimi” Haleyi and actress Annabella Sciorra.
The fallen Hollywood heavyweight has claimed all of his sexual encounters were consensual.
