Chapter 7 requires an excruciatingly detailed filing about all of your assets, ability to work, etc. Phil has consistently lied about his assets, claims he owns no electronics, somehow has 5k of business expenses. He has a metric fuckton of creditors as well, 13 credit cards plus banks. Someone, somewhere will be pissed enough and insulted enough to mount him to the wall.

Also with the amount of people that hate him, its inevitable that all this information and all his lies gets leaked to opposing council.

From my understanding, the account is non-transferable. Even if he wanted to sell it, he couldn't.

At least legally. He could always exchange money and just make a new password for someone, but we are WAY past that. Plus, DSP is addicted to games so he would never do that anyway.
