I'm aware that he'll look skinnier soaking wet, but when you look at the cheese footage that's not fluff, that's straight up rolls of fat, you can see his pink belly.
All in all, there's no proof that Sebastian is dead, or abandoned like Amy's chihuahuas, only that he is neglected. So that's nice.
