If he can't, then his bankruptcy attorney slash bankruptcy lawyer slash bankruptcy tax girl is going to pull off her Scooby-Doo level mask and it will be Lionel Hutz saying "IT WAS ME, PHILIP! IT WAS ME ALL ALONG!"
Or, as the judge is standing up from rejecting Phil's bankruptcy proposal, his lawyer leans in to whisper into a stunned Phil Burnell's ear:

"That eleven year old bitch of a kid? I'm her mother."

Don't know it works in the states, but there's no way to lie about your income here in (former) euroland if you're filing for bankruptcy, all those documents will be scrutinised.

That's the exact emotion Phil preys upon. You'll give more freely to him, if you think he is a loser and fucked up his life.

Don't underestimate him, he's a calculated conman and he's been doing this for so long this persona is second nature.
[/QUOTE]

No... there is nothing calculated about Phil's methods.

No plan B, No exit strategy, the guy can barely keep a sleep schedule.

Phil is simply an irresponsible man baby that came across YouTube at the right time. He thought the money train was never going to end, all while spending tons of cash on usless shit, and making minimum payments to creditors.

The only true skill Phil seems to have is securing additional lines of credit while carrying around debt that would make anyone else gargle drano.

Are people seriosuly thinking a creditor or anyone involved in this will come to Kiwifarms and create an account, just to ask for information to random members? (Doesn't matter the title they have below their name)

No, they'll just file a lawsuit or adversary proceeding and do their thing. They're not creating a KF account ffs.

Huh, so he really doesn't own a business.

maybe his lawyer looked at his business & finance degree and thought "I trust that he knows what he's doing, no need to actually read this" and just signed it. either that or she's one of his detractors.
Shes just taking him and his application at his word at the moment. She is probably seeing dozens of clients a week and is not expected to verify that Phil is being forthcoming with his information.
The creditors will be the ones who will expose his dishonesty.

Here's a basic overview of the filing. Keep in mind, I'm not an expert in bankruptcy filings, much less American ones, so any corrections are welcome.

Assets: 427k
  • Real estate: 345k (WA) + 60k (CT) = 405k
  • Personal property: 16k (car) + couch pennies = 22k
Debts: 495k
  • Real estate: 227k (WA) + 106k (CT) = 333k
  • Car: 14k
  • Credit cards: 131k
  • Back taxes: 15k
Claimed exemptions: 133k
  • Real estate: 125k (WA)
  • Car: 1500
  • Other stuff: 6200
Net business income: 4000 (9000 gross income - 5000 mystery "business expenses")
Combined monthly income: 5000 (4000 net business income + 1000 wifey)
Combined expenses: 5100 (2400 home, upkeep and utilities + 1000 personal expenses + 500 insurances + 500 back taxes + 400 car + 100 jasper + misc. stuff)
Net income: Nada

Here are a few questions I came across:
  • Are tax payments (in advance?) already included in the net business income?
  • Why is Kat's gross wage before payroll deduction 1700 in one form and 1300 in the other?
  • How much debt is being paid down each month? I assume nothing except for his house and the car (which he intends to keep). Will this fly in court if he didn't even make the effort?
  • Obviously a lot will depend on the source of the 5k mystery business expenses each month. Any educated guesses what he might have stuffed in there?

I love that DSP had somewhere between 10 and 13 credit cards (since some of those in that list were personal loans), and he was STILL overdrafting every month. Why not choose one of those cards, pay one of those down with an "reeemergency stream", and then set autopay to that? Or just turn off autopay since half of his bills like utilities and internet probably have a grace period? Or how he convinced himself that he couldn't call any of the utliities companies and just get the due date set to the 20th every month.

I am still a few pages behind so I hope this hasn't been brought up but I want to get it out before I forget:

What if phil makes a video about wwe: champions and titles it something like "what happens if you spend x amount on wwe champions" or "being overpowered in wwe champions"
insert generic youtube title about it here

Can he then claim it as a business expense?

We don't though because he's lying his ass off. Only some of this is true and he's only admitting what he absolutely has to. The absolute lying fuck is literally claiming to have no electronics or collectibles.

Oh, he's lying about his assets. AND he's trying to pad his expenses. That much is certain.

But that's the afterglow, because the money shot in all this is the debts he's reporting. Which I absolutely believe are true. I think it has to be. Regardless of what happens now, he'll be forever known as the dumb shit that has THIRTEEN FUCKING CREDIT CARDS!

I'm sorry. I know I'm like the 30th person in this thread who's made that a major focal point, but... holy shit! I can't wrap my head around it.

If only the SoK had lived to see this day. :(

The stream would be ten hours long.

Jim will cover this extensively. Count on it.

I can almost hear him lighting up a cigarette and laughing marily for 3-4 hours (at least) right now.

This might even rocket DSP above Spoony for most egregious fuck up in his mind.

Sorry, just on page 45. Way too much pages in front of me, but I'll catch up.
I'll put every thought in this post right here.

[Jasper] was acquired after the marriage so it belongs to both of them 50%.
Not quite, my notes say something very different.

-Edit-

Okay, nothing to add. I'm just very happy that we did it. We really did it, the disgusting business detroying detractors. We made Phil move to a new condo, made him own a dozen credit cards, made him overdraw those credit cards, made him lend way too much money (how does this even happen? His job is to sit on a couch and play games), made him buy expensive shit he doesn't need, not pay the mortgage on his first condo, not pay taxes, lie in those new documents, say toxic shit on his streams, we crafted all the lies he ever told and we also made his manly gamer room dusty (I mean, erm, air crystals).
It astounds me how Phil constantly claim "the detractors" ruin his business when we don't do much more than warning the driver of the car he' drives towards a cliff and how to prevent this, warn the people they should take cover because Phil is a lunatic driver, and he continues to not only drive towards this cliff but also manages to flip his car, make it explode in mid air and then crash down the cliff as a burning lump of coal. Congratulations, Phil, you did it all to yourself.

They had Jasper when they went to get married, that's why they had some person check on their house when they left.
Phil also claimed he was scared for Jasper, that people would break into his home and hurt him. We had that whole thread about his paranoia where we joked about Ash rushing his gated community, tactical entry, was solid content.

So they did get Jasper before they were married, no doubt about it.

Edit: Proof is in the Jasper reveal stream, after he shows him for the first time. Currently busy so can't do much.
Would like to suggest however, if possible, to make a thread about all these inconsistencies in his papers.
Locked thread obviously, just go through his shit with links and time stamps to back up false claims, absolutely no edited videos. Would also help keep false information from spreading.

This. Just sit back and enjoy the trashfire. Phil's not gonna get away with intentionally committing fraud. And if the government or the judge or whoever is actually incompetent enough to be hoodwinked by Phil, maybe they deserve to be deceived.

The need for gay ops in this scenario are just nonexistent. He put evidence of his bullshit in black and white in the application itself, anyone competent doing a modicum of research is going to see just how much bullshit there actually is.

he knew this would go public he pignosis'ed himself into preparing for it , i even suspect that he's got an emergency pity stream scheduled this coming week
plus can't rule out that he's ignorant of the disaster that's about to hit
OR
he just cooked up a scheme with khet (his wife (y) ) and he is giving her all his valuables to hide them from uncle sam
all of the above is just a day in the life of a pig
There are laws specifically written towards preventing people from doing that, aren't there?

What is he thinking with this? Is it possible to be this retarded? Is he planning on fucking this up and then blaming it on some no-named bankruptcy lawyer who didn't know Washington's bankruptcy laws?
Are we really at the point where he's fallen for his own lies and believes his words shape his reality?
