Can anyone explain to me how this isn't going to end with phil having to sell what he owns to cover his debts? With his income he would have no problem renting a place to live. I don't see how streaming games on your PS4 on twitch require a big home or a production company. Is phil really thinking he would be able to con mature adults in to thinking a Big home and a car is essential to this business and income?

Here are a few questions I came across:

• Are tax payments (in advance?) already included in the net business income?
• Why is Kat's gross wage before payroll deduction 1700 in one form and 1300 in the other?
• How much debt is being paid down each month? I assume nothing except for his house and the car (which he intends to keep). Will this fly in court if he didn't even make the effort?
• Obviously a lot will depend on the source of the 5k mystery business expenses each month. Any educated guesses what he might have stuffed in there?

• personal taxes, are clearly being classified in business expenses to get to such a ridiculous number so yes
• because the paperwork was sloppily put together
• the minimum he thinks he can get away with, and in some cases (CT condo) we have evidence he thought that was none
• $2,800 in personal taxes (fraud) probably, $500 of actually necessary expenses probably, maybe the remaining $1,900 is his tumbleweed forum or some shit

That said I'm making my prediction now. First up taxes get paid, then the lawyer will get their money. He will keep the Wakandoh, he'll lose some money on the CT condo when it's sold by the bank. All unsecured creditors will get pennies on the dollar.

Then they might seize some assets for payments. A beggathons will happen will step up and in the end all that he will really lose is the car which is a lease anyway.

He's planned some of this out unless some unforeseen event happens like fucking with taxes or something. This will be a true scam just because fuck you that's why.

If his debt were medical bills, maybe... no judge is going to allow him to keep that house and sit on the equity. He will be forced to sell, and his creditors will walk away with a chunk of it.
