He filed with the court. I can get documents in a minute or someone else can.

He's counting over $5000 per month of business expenses.

Thanks for being a sociopathic detractor and spamming that f5 button over and over until some good news popped up.

Even when he was making peak money, he just put everything on credit cards and then only paid the minimum. The principle was future DSP's problem.

DSP, between credit cards, mortgages, and car loans/leases, has probably legit been paying $3000/month to $4000/month in interest alone for 5 years. That's why he's bankrupt.

Put it this way: if his credit cards/personal loans are at 25% interest, $131K * 0.25 / 12 = $2,729/month. That's just his interest payments on his credit card debt right now at 25%: $2,729 per month.

He probably never even read the fine print on all those credit cards he was getting, or bothered to do the math on what his monthly expenses would be at the levels he put on them. In that respect, it IS the systems fault, because this stuff is not taught in school. The financial class does not want their pay pigs to actually know how to manage debt or to use it for their benefit and not the banks. But this shit heap was also not built in a day. He had to see his debits starting to approach exceeding his credits long before it got to the point of being unmanageable. In that respect he has nobody to blame but himself.

...I haven't been following DSP very long, I can't pinpoint exactly when I started but it's been a little under a year. Usually I just point and laugh at the lolcow worthy stuff he does.

But last night I wasn't laughing. Last night watching his stream was one of the most horrifying things I've ever seen. It was reminiscent of the original SAW movies,...
My mental image of this is a 40-50 year old dude sitting in the middle of his dark living room, dressed in raggy, dirty clothes, a single light bulb hanging from the ceiling, mold and rot all over the walls, while he pets and talks endearingly to a stuffed animal....
So here we have Phil, a grown man, getting foreclosed on, about to lose his house and all his possessions, in crippling debt, and literally going bankrupt. Yet he spends the entire stream going unhinged and telling us how disappointed and depressed he is over how Taco Bell screwed up his order. Meanwhile, his mind is completely unfazed by the crippling real life consequences of him not paying any of his debts.
...
It's really fascinating to use Phil as a psychology case study. If any fellow autists remember Red vs. Blue: Reconstruction, the plot centers around an AI copy of a human psyche being traumatized so that it's personality would split in order to protect itself.

Not sure how legit the psychology behind that concept is, but I wonder if Phil's mind fractured to protect itself in a similar way; if his mind is actively blocking him from thinking about his adult problems due to the crushing severity of them.

Further evidence for this were Tevins comments about how the way that DSP was interacting with his chat is not how adults talk to each other.

Either Phil is psychologically fractured or he's a complete idiot and actually doesn't understand how fucked he is. Even more compelling is that I don't think we would never be able to tell the difference.

Something like this, you mean?

There is no mention of his Paypal account in his assets... Hmmmm

Tied to his bank checking account? Thus not an asset account maybe?
Is there any way his income is so low because of chargebacks?

There we go. You only report what you get.

Jasper is considered a permanent foster care pet, still property of the shelter they got him from who is being surrogate sheltered in the Wahkando, is my take on the 'no pets' filing.

Is reporting a crime considered as a gay ops? Isnt it our citizen duty to do this?

It's a gayop if you plan it in thread or post here looking for asspats after the fact. Otherwise? Patriotic duty as an American citizen.

How does he only have 3k in furnishings....Its just... He lists 600 dollars in cash but 400 dollars in his bank account. Who the fuck has 600 in cash laying around.

Amber Reid has about $1000 at any given time at least in her purse. For just one example.

I've said it elsewhere but I want this to be public.
If Phil somehow weasels his way out of this, I am done fucking with him because there has to be some fucking godlike magic at work.

Why would you lie so much on these papers, why would you want to make it so much worse. Only fucking Phil.

Going for the high score maybe?

Well, this is the endgame, let's get Phil the lolcow of the year win he deserves in the voting for 2019's Mooby and see if he can't defend the thing this year as well before he's off to white collar criminal prison for a stretch in custody and the content ceases!

I just realized the FBI is going to be investigating Phil. They're gonna Mulder and Skully his shit.

Edit for people rating optimistic:
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigates bankruptcy crimes. If it appears that a crime has been committed, the case will proceed to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for prosecution.

The judge or the prosecution aren't going to waste time doing detective work to find out DSP is lying.

About the only good thing he's done is file before that happened and the mortgage company could get a lien perfected, but if he gets thrown out of bankruptcy for blatant fraud, they'll get another whack at that.
I'm still weirded out by them not moving forward on that. Had to have been some kind of calculated effort.

So whoever forks out the three bucks to get the audio transcript from the proceedings salut to you for you will be giving us the farms equivalent of when someone left the mic on in that train car meeting between Hitler and the president of Finland and that will be a raw uncut audio of the pigroach, unprotected by mods and no manual lean in available for for the words that make his heart have a tummy ache.

In that respect he has nobody to blame but himself.

He was repeatedly told about this by even his own paypigs and he responded with abuse and bans while ignoring it like a pigroach, shitting himself and doing nothing until it was completely unavoidable that he had to respond in some way.

It's not instant. They may have just not had time. Also, while all legal proceedings against him are now subject to the automatic bankruptcy stay, the mortgage holder has a secured interest. They can probably move (in the federal bankruptcy case) to lift the automatic stay and proceed in the state case and foreclose on the property. I'm not sure if this would apply just to the foreclosure or if they could then go forward with the deficiency judgment.

If that's unsecured, though, it could end up eliminated in the bankruptcy, which is why they might want to try to convert it into a secured interest with a lien if DSP gets thrown out of bankruptcy. I'd imagine if they're aggressive, the mortgage company will actively try to get him disqualified for fraud, to get in the deficiency judgment and get a lien while he's not in bankruptcy.

The timing is really critical though and DSP hired someone who does not give a flying fuck about him for $1,200 flat fee.

So DSP has someone who won't lift a finger to help him while the adverse party (the mortgage company) may have enough money on the line to feel it's worth it to engage in some clever interstate motion practice to nail him hard.

Another thing we won't know unless it happens is whether the mortgage agreement on the WAkondo has what's called an acceleration clause. These trigger on a number of events, and in many cases, a bankruptcy is such an event. That essentially cancels the payment plan on the mortgage and makes the entire balance immediately due, allowing immediately going forward with foreclosure. If this happens we'll know nearly immediately because they'll file.

These aren't always enforceable, especially if they're overreaching, and a bankruptcy court has some discretion to modify them or set them aside, but the kind of scumbag company that would refinance an idiot like DSP is likely to have put something like that in there because they're dealing with a high risk buffoon and a good chunk of their profits is cashing in on fuckups like him.

I'd also virtually guarantee if they do something sleazy like that, it will be the first the pigroach even heard of such a thing because he didn't read the agreement.

Some things that make a bit more sense now:

"I don't know what kind of bankruptcy I qualify for!"
Rochelle probably told Phil he doesn't qualify for any, and went into explanation. When she mentioned that you need to earn less than the median income in WA for Chapter 7, Phil's "I'm a good liar!" lightbulb went off. He found his way to outsmart everyone. I hope Phil uses this to prove he's destitute earning under the median and he needs cheering up, but tips help the most right now.

"My lawyer said it's insane what the detractors do to my wife!"
Phil had to report Katherine's wages and place of employment but didn't want to state where she works. Rochelle was puzzled as to why, and Phil went into his rant about protecting his family and adopted son, Jasper. She understandably said "That's insane!" because Phil is kookoo bananas and said to just put the main HQ of Kroger.

Is that something we can actually do officially? All of that for less than my daily Starbucks soy latte with extra soy?

Over/under on whether he will wear his wedding suit to his hearing?
Over/Under is when a bet has a numerical value and the bookie sets the value you can bet higher or lower than. It's not just asking if someone would put money on something happening.

For example, let's say the over/under on Phil's credit card debit was 100,000 dollars. If I bet "Over", I win.

So will Phil go into DFE mode, and if so does someone (us or some other autist) have archives? If he reads the Farms every day, he's doubtlessly seen this thread and is reading through it. He may decide to delete videos to keep evidence out of the court's hands.

For most of it, there's way too many videos for him to track down and delete. How many times has he talked about Jasper on stream or had Jasper come on stream?
