Funimation did the first dubbed episode, then noped out of there.

Let me get this straight: homophobia, incest, casting couch rumors and a show glorifying beastiality and hermaphroditism doesn't warrant career termination or even job suspension, but a hair touch and jellybean joke does.

And Funimation, you can shove your "company standards" up your ass, because you've been promoting this show since December (we have archived tweets and screenshots to prove it). Stop resorting to corporate ass-covering and admit that you knew what kind of show you had on your plate. Fucking idiots.

There was nothing wrong with the video. He only clarified that he wasn't guilty of sexual assault or grooming. He did apologize again for his past behavior and told people to leave his accusers alone. Also mentioned that he goes to a myriad of different therapies now.

Still, some people were pissed at him for making that video. Some chick who's also KV commented he had to admit to sexual assault and that he had to be kept out of the industry.

It's funny, because the dude did everything that KV wanted Vic to do. Wrote dozens of detailed apologies. Admitted to (almost) everything. Went to therapy. Still not enough for them. They're still going hard at him in his replies and basically demand him to disappear.

I think the accusations against the guy basically boil down to "he's an asshole". He treated people like shit, that's it. Shitty, but not a crime. I also read that he has autism, that might genuinely make it hard for someone to relate to other people and their emotions. But I digress. Don't know enough about the situation.

Anyway, his example shows that Vic would have had no chance if he had taken the apology route. I think Niosi has no real future in the industry anymore and he did everything they wanted him to.

If he's not done in the industry because of these cows, he'll for sure be done the second he admits to the sexual assaults it's looking more and more like he didn't commit. For fuck's sake, Niosi. TBH Interspieces reviewers is the first anime in a while that has got me to laugh out loudly, and it is just a few guys that are reviewing brothels to get money, but for Funimation to pick it up when they are in a courtcase where they say sexual jokes are looked down upon... Not a good look.

It's completely normal fare for Funimation, though. They always do shit like this. Either Toei or their legal counsel has told them to chill it on this shit. Fine with me. Anything that wrecks their income and destroys the tiny niche of slut whore roles Jamie Marchi and Monica Rial get is great. Enjoy nuking your own niche you dumb cunts.

I just can't understand for the life of me why a bunch of unpassable M-F troons, land whales and candidates for facial reconstruction would be upset that a dude in his 50s can pull ballisticly hot women seemingly at will, while they can't even draw the sexual interest of betas, chubby chasers and pronoun posting white knights.
