Oh I know, but he specifically seems to have an issue with other disabled people, which stands out to me. Yeah he has a head like a butternut squash and he tires an heroing on birth with the cord, but it is possible to escape that without any damage. Children's brains are young and can re-route themselves better. The doctors likely assumed with his head being as big as it is, that he would have like severe hydrocephalus on birth of something, which is usually associated with some form of disability like cerebral palsy or some kind of damage because of the increased pressure inside the skull basically crushing your brain. But from what I can tell, his swole ass head isn't from that, they can treat it with a stent that drains the water off of your brain into your stomach and it usually will reduce some of the swelling. That surgery leaves a scar on the head and we probably would have seen a bald spot from it by now if it was there. That, and head trauma when you have a stent can make you really sick if it gets knocked. Even a light bump to the area where it is can be pretty unpleasant, but Greg likes hitting himself over the head with shit for views. Fuck knows why his head is so big, but I don't think he's actually got a waterbrain as funny as that is to call him.

So what I'm getting at here I guess is that even if Greg had some kind of brain damage at any point in his life, it's no definite it would be permanent. You can get a hemispherectomy (literally removing half your brain) and the remaining half will learn how to control the other side of the body, the younger you do that kind of procedure the better the outcome for recovery.
