Not really a fetish per se but she is reeeeaaaally trying to push it as something beautiful. Also I'm not sure that women can grow proper facial hair or at least that's not something that happened to me (so far). Maybe in an older age (+40 or older)?

Women can grow facial hair, but not all of them can grow it out. Most arent really proud of it either because its usually sparsely grown and... its generally not attractive. At all. It's an ugly and rather unnecessary push on her part.

Women with PCOS often grow very sparse and usually hard to notice facial hair, usually peach fuzz on the upper lip and slightly bushier side burns than usual. It's rarely anywhere near that pronounced and most women with it trim or hide it rather than flaunt it. Destiny probably either has it, is glorifying ugliness (as usual) or is making these characters MtF troons and completely missing the point of "passing." Again, as usual.

The facial hair could work for the werewolf, but it looks too patchy.

facial hair growth from PCOS can actually be significantly more drastic, to the point of it being diagnosed as hirsutism and needing to take anti-androgens to curb it - it's extremely rare to grow a full beard, obviously, but it usually grows on the jawline or directly under the chin. it being to the level of the knight in that photo isn't as uncommon as you'd think.

I've known a couple women with PCOS, since it's fairly common. One in particular grows a bit of an unfortunate neckbeard/mustache combo and has much bushier sideburns than average. in the same vein, I've known women with the level of hair growth you described who are decidedly not diagnosed with PCOS. genetics can really fuck people over.
