This exactly. I actually think she looked better (albeit only slightly) in the left pic back when she was a fatass.

Hey, speaking of voice ranges, has Monica ever played a young boy character, by any chance? I figured I'd ask since many female VAs have played at least one boy in their career. And with a filmography as big as hers, you'd think Monica would've been able to play a boy, unless she is really unable to get her voice to be scratchy enough for a boy.

What's the point? She's just going to balloon up again. This isn't the first time she's dropped weight, wont be the last. At least until she hits her 50s, there wont be any recovery for her. She'll be well into her 300's.

While Monica did lose weight, she doesn't look healthy. As others have said, the weight loss is probably mostly from stress with maybe a hint of those unregulated "dietary supplement" pills. She might have a workout plan but Monica looked so awkward and uncoordinated in that video that I can't see that being a regular routine for her.

But this confuses me for some reason. Wasn't Knights of the Zodiac an older dub from maybe just before she started making the rounds, or something? Who was dubbing it, anyway?

I've noticed the only other "boy" characters she did were all non-human. She's not even good enough to voice a human boy. :story:

all the VAs I know that voice boys (Lani Minella, Veronica Taylor, Barbara Goodson) are all on the older side, so maybe we need to give dear old Monica 10 years more to tune those vocal chords down
