If I were to be optimistic - even if @Lowtax wasn't a pile of human garbage, sometimes being the "boss" of a company means you've got to get out in front of angry customers and eat shit and it's something he clearly was willing to do. I think that, money driven or not, that Lowtax tried to actually solve the problem that was being reported to him - despite he himself not understanding it.
