TGWTG The Spoony One / Spoony / Noah Antwiler and Rachel Baker / @RaeAngel07 - The touching romance between a washed-up videogame reviewer throwing a decade-long pity party and his delusional Canuck stalker. #weaknotsick #donttellmehowtosulk

I was once a fan of TWTG all of them. However, the shady shit that happened since back then had shown what a bunch of miserable dicks they are. After Lupa case hit the fan, I start digging and realized, that most of them are really bad people per se. From guys who simply refuse to saw what has happening (mainly Nostalgia Critic), through guys who tried to gain money from a sucidal death of JewWario (Yes, I was surprised that entire movie by AngryJoe about his friendship with Wario was blunt lie) up to people who molested woman staff at TWTG (I don't remember who it was but I was probably a manager of some kind). Anyway I am not surprised that Sponny depression and problems are strongly connected with TWTG.

Pretty sure Noah would have ended up this way with or without TGWTG. In hindsight...considering all that happened....it still was the height of his life. If anything it postponed his total apathy . Im speculating ofcourse, but thats my gut feeling in any case.

I am not going to deny that. There was always something "depressing" about him, when I watched him (Sponny was one of my favs years ago). Still, I think that TWGTG actually speed up the process. After all it is still rumored that TWGTG had a lot of impact of JewWario sucide (I am not protecting Wario though. As far as I recall, there were allegations of him sexually abusing a worker in TWGTG? Come to think of it, TWGTG was a nice shit hole).

Yes, probably. Spoony was an antisocial cunt on his site long before TGWTG, but I do think dealing with those asshats sped up the self-destruction process. Even simply because the forced collabs and unfunny skits with other creators caused the first real negative reactions Spoony ever received, which he never handled well.

Nah, completely opposite. When he was part of that autistic circus, he was employed, in a sense that there were people, who he accounted to, the people, who set deadlines for him. Before that he lost Scarlet, who is a bitch, but at least she made him do something. His Patreon had been set to "per month", so he was able to take money for nothing and tell people, who asked him why was he spending his days on Twitter, to fuck off. And like that, without any responsibility and ass kicking, he ended up where he is now.

Spoony seems like the guy that tries to create a character whose sole purpose is to break the gms setting. Then when he fucks up the game he blames the gm and says his setting is bad or he's a bad gm.
This is basically what he did for Big Mike's all Jedi game (where he ignored his own damn homerule for this by the way), as well as the VtR LARP he tried to ruin because he didn't bother to ask more questions about it and brought a Carthian into a city full of Invictus and Lancea Sanctum.

He lived by "Rules for thee, but not me", since he would never brook shit as a DM, but would demand he could do stuff as a player if it suited him.

Hes probably that DM with a super linear story who gets buttmad the second the players try something he didnt account for, and subsequently punishes them for it.
"You cant intimidate the bandit leader, he has a.... ring of immunity. Anyway, you didn't SAY you grabbed your sword before leaving the inn this morning. Also, every PC has -4 penalty to hit and AC because of salmonella from undercooked tavern chicken "
He's admitted to that. There was a counter monkey called The Golden Rule or something like that where the players went rogue and he fucked them in retaliation.

It reminds me of that story about the abandoned Quake 3 Arena server that just had two bots constantly fighting in a simultaneously epic and pointless stalemate, 24 hours a day, for years.
Even those bots developed enough sense to realize the constraints of their reality and chose to do something about it by not fighting anymore. Spoony's skin will fuse into the woven fibers of his couch before the notion that he should probably do something is spontaneously generated in his brain.

In his defense, they utterly botched the job, forced a big fight through pigheadedness, acted edgy, and likely torqued off their patron so they would've died soon anyway most likely.

Against his defense; he made the first session a bit too "YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS" given how despite it being a shitty museum with weak security, the cases were still double protected with a pressure plate and glass sensor. He also did not really explain the game too well to them given they did a lot of that killing over being seen.

He truly did fuck them in that case, but they partially asked for it by being too stupid to run away.

One of my favourite things about Noah's mental deterioration are these bizarre and stupid anecdotes he spews out at random.

Jesus, that's just creepy.

Noah's become the diametric opposite of a catlady. He's become a dog man.

I think Noah's always been highly emotionally dependent on the dog.

I didn't think about this until just now, but he adopted Oreo less than a year after he broke up with Scarlett (when he was still bitterly cursing her on Twitter) and his fixation has redoubled since his breakup with April.

Its inane, but this purposefully bad spelling when he's talking on behalf of his dog is more insufferable to me than anything else Noah does. Its always "puppeh" and "daddeh" like he's a 14 year old goth girl doing a squeaky voice to try and sound cute.

What really chaps my ass is that he does it just enough to be weird, but not enough to be cute or funny. Either knock that shit off or commit to the bit, don't go halfway and leave it right in the middle of the uncanny unfunny unmanly valley.

Or as Oreo might say: wow apedad very faggot, many cringe

It's a bad idea to treat a dog like a little kid, especially a kid you never discipline:

I'm surprised Oreo isn't so neurotic that she's climbing up the curtains, as I can't imagine Noah giving her any kind of discipline. I can't remember where I heard this, but I once came across a quote that something along the lines of "You can tell a society is becoming decadent when it treats its pets like children and its children like pets."
