Weeb Wars / AnimeGate / #KickVic / #IStandWithVic / #vickicksback - General Discussion Thread

You're having menstrual complications over what is in the end meaningless internet faggotry, for the love of God!

Edit:

Aged like a fine Keanu Reeves. :story: I should not be surprised that LittleKuriboh would turn out to be a shitty person since he's fat, stupid, a cuck and - God forgive me for saying this word - Br*tish, but it's still funny.

Mark, aka, LK suffers from severe depression, which is ironic given the amount of times he's made me laugh when I was a preteen on the internet. I even got to do one of his impressions at a panel and participated in his voice duels. Hard to believe he's KV.

Isn't there a video out there where a fan during a Q&A session at a panel told everyone she was suicidal and that she felt like she didn't matter, then Vic stepped in and gave her some encouragement that was met with thunderous applause? If I remember correctly, LK and his wife were on the same panel, and Vic's words even prompted his wife to share her story in tears.

Get fucked...

Can we do a up-and-up on Vic's case?

As in, if every possible thing went perfectly right without any corrupted faggotry derailing the appellate Judges or any other lawful steps involved as I have a minor in stupid and handicapped from arriving at a well-rounded answer.
The supremely optimistic scenario is all 17 counts being brought back on, which in turn unlocks the fun part that most of us want to happen: D I S C O V E R Y

People who didn't get deposed will most likely get deposed this time around, like Marchi, Tami "Donebro", and some other poor sap from Funimation [Scott Barretto, Senior Director of Public Relations].

Vic would avoid paying for any of the fees that werepreviously listed while Lemoine's overcharges the fuck out of Moronica should everything go his way.

Ahh, look what the beaver dragged back in

So we have whales (Renfamous, Dominique Skye), pigs (BT, Benjamin Oscar, CajunSamurai), orangutans (Marzgurl), hyenas (Shane Holmberg), skunks (Jessie Pridemore, Booker, GaaraGirl), sharks (Manjaw), walruses (Natalie Slaughter, Kyra Amedaich), horses (AnimeTree), pigeons (all of Lawtwitter) and now beavers (Abel Wyndon). I thought this was an anime community, not a fucking zoo.

Thanks for making good on that, do all 17 counts necessary to unlock D I S C O V E RY? What do you think th reaction might be from if this pile of shit floats to Sony Japan legal?

No. Should anything that was thrown out be brought back, then the lawsuit is officially back on, prompting discovery. Sony probably won't do shit because of how minuscule this situation is in their eyes, unless Vic wants to go after them too.

Realistically, Marchi has the best chance on bouncing because of TCPA. I think there's a chance she gets brought back on defamation for the hair pull story, and possibly civil conspiracy if BHBC/MH can convince the judges of her communications. She probably skips on the two TIs. The defamation is actually kind of similar to the Sandmann case. The federal judge ruled that calling the Covington kids racists and Nazis or whatever wasn't actionable, but claiming a fact (that Sandmann was physically blocking Nathan Phillips) was actionable. So Jamie claiming Vic battered her is a statement of fact, is defamatory, and can probably be brought back.

Similar with Funimation. I can see defamation and civil conspiracy coming back if Vic's team is persuasive enough. Probably zip on the two TIs. Vicarious liability, again, depends on how persuasive Vic can be.

If Slatosch's declaration is allowed to stand MoRon are toast. The affidavit alleges defamation, TI-EC, TI-PBR, and civil conspiracy.

If any counts come back, we're allowed D I S C O V E R Y. It'll be fun to watch Jamie squirm while being interrogated by a conservative little blonde lady. And I don't mean conservative necessarily as in political. Top-CEC acts mature, composed and ladylike, while Marchi never got out of her mean girl high school phase. Maybe Kara Edwards. Probably Tami Denbow (Sony will LOVE that). Funimation corporate and higher ups. It'll be great.

Won't be onesided though. You can expect Chuck Huber and Slatosch to get deposed. God, it'll be funny if Volney asks Chuck what he meant by Sabat's casting couch, and Chuck just goes "Sabat forced Voice Actress X to fuck him or she'd be blacklisted from Texas."

If it gets all the way to trial, people like Manjawlo, Armzgurl, False-l Ahmed, etc, are up on the chopping block.

Marianne Miller (LK's wife) came out with tweets about a story about some sort of sexual inappropriate encounter (I've forgotten to which degree) in France as her means of justification why Vic should be kicked. LK, like the good cuck husband he is, backed her up.

Season 2 of Weeb Wars already sounding hype. All we need now is the Appellate courts to deliver so the sperging can begin.

Okay, well, let's roll with that...say Vic tells Ty to go medieval on their asses, let's him off the chain completely...how might that pan out? Go big or go home...

Even though Ty is your typical boomer, he's apparently represented clients whose worth eclipses the hell out of the defendants, and according to him, the only reason he isn't going all out is because Vic has him suppressed out of the kindness of his heart. I always pictured Ty being overconfident, but if what he says is true, then I can only hope that Vic gives him permission to go full power.

How did you know I'm having shark week? Are you the FBI agent that watches me through my phone? 🤔
You know what they say about K/DA popstars. They glow in the dark. You can see them with black light if you're driving.

In one way I understand LittleKuriboh. He's fat, stupid, a cuck, a soy-titted excuse of a man and British, each a good reason to kill yourself. But just because he lost the genetic lottery badly, it's still a bit of a dick move on his part to shit on the guy that tried to cheer him up and be a bro when he was at his lowest.

IIRC, Rekieta mentioned some of Ty's clients having more wealth than the net worth of FUNImation...see how it goes and I hope God Awful for those losers...

Yeah, which is why it's so hard to believe. Found the video btw. (Had to use SuperGirl's version since the audio's better, so ignore the cringe intro/outros.)

There's only one way I understand LK, and that's that he's a fucking simp.
Fake two faced idiot.
Shame his work is so lauded, I enjoy it tons.

Hey don't be like our dear friend Cajun, I hope these guys continue living.

Just so I can laugh at the salt.

The only thing I never understood about LittleKuriboh is why no one bothered to make a thread on him. He made a video series on talking about his depression to strangers on the internet, rather than to friends, loved ones and especially trained professionals; not to mention his cringe inducing proposal video. He showed sings of being a lolcow long before any of the Vic drama began.

I might actually work on his thread once I'm done with some personal obligations, though I'm not calling dibs.

Whoever wants dibs, please note that LK's (powerword: Martin Billany) dox is right beside his wife's, Marianne Miller, on the Weeb Wars index.

I certainly don't wanna compile the thread myself, maybe be a contributor. I'm a lazy fuck, TBH.

The thing with Martin is that he hasn't had a MASSIVE decline a la Spoony, so maybe that's why he's stayed under the radar.
