You must be thinking of Caitlin Glass, who hasn't said anything. Colleen seems to be KV from what we can gather, especially since she and Monica are close friends, but it's possible that judging by what Nick said, in that she might just cry if she learned who was sending Nick stuff about Funimation, "C" may be Colleen. And Monica bursting into tears over that revelation will hit her hard not just because they're buddies, but because she forwarded Vic's email pleading to talk to her and tried to warp his words into something they're not to someone who has always secretly hated her, and is using that against her.
Colleen I think will manage to keep her job in spite of that because she's motherfucking Monkey D. Luffy, and Toei will NOT allow Luffy to be recast without their permission. They might not even believe a word that she was "fired" for anything due to the shit Funimation has been pulling, and will force them to keep her or pull the license to go to someone else. And maybe they'll allow a recast if the original voice-actors can't move in accordance, although if any of the Straw Hats has a chance of getting recast, it'll be Zoro.
But whoever "C" really is, they've been doing a fantastic job pulling the curtain back on what's gone on at Funimation. I think it'd be funnier if it was Justin Cook, to be perfectly honest, but I don't mind who it is either way.
