Anastazia is a huge attention whore and I suspect that is the reason for a significant part of her Grugly white knighting.

She’s in a similar bracket as Madi DeCambra in relation to the Onions, only she’s a little more content to stay in her lane and not push for more of Grug and Lainey’s time. Look at it another way.
We learned about this whole naked massage thing after Greg had given Billie a naked/topless massage (can't remember which).
His excuse was that "well, my mom used to do this to me all the time, so it's fine!"

Greg didn't massage Billie because he was concerned that she might have some stiff muscles, or she was complaining of back pain. He massaged her because he wanted to touch her naked and maybe grab her breasts.
