Last time this happened, his mom publicly outed that the closest thing they had to a connection in law enforcement was a "policeman" who gave them his phone number on a business card. I'm willing to entertain that in the 5 or 6 years since, someone they know may have joined the field, but even then, they would be early into their career, not willing to give special treatment to investigate people fucking with a manchild who publicly dropped his own nudes to his Twitter audience that includes minors.
