Ninja'd.

Burroughs was an opportunistic pederast, and Naked Lunch is a seriously disgusting (but enlightening) book... Yet even his work doesn't turn my guts the same way Grug's does.

The biggest problem I see if this winds up going by Pierce County, Washington standards is that Mr. Hands was not committing a crime at the time of his death, and Onion is in the county directly to the South. What the rest of the country deems Islamic Content does not necessarily apply to a jury in Onion's locality.

Except that the "Mr. Hands case" dealt with the sexual abuse/manipulation of animals, of which the pertaining laws are often weak at best across the board. Most places that aren't big cities barely even enforce leash laws, let alone actually prosecute zoophiles.

This is a (potential) case dealing with the sexual exploitation of minors and/or the distribution and possession of child/minor porn.

The problrem is the jury gets to decide if it was even child pornography, and it's not clear cut in this case. The picture of Sarah was censored and the picture of Taylor was later cropped and used as an Instagram photo. That it was cropped and later used publicly helps with "I did not send pornography." and the censorship muddles things on Sarah's picture because blurred photos of naked babies get used on America's Funniest Home Videos.

It's a federal crime in the US for an adult to have any sort of sexually charged conversation with an underage person. This, obviously, includes sending/receiving images, regardless of how tasteful the nudes are. Its a cut and dry case, an adult talking to an underage person online and the underage person sends naked pictures to the adult. Nobody's going to take the time to consider whether or not the pictures are actually child porn when the pictures themselves are clear evidence of grooming.

The 19yo son of that cop that Hansen interviewed was tackled in the home of a 14yo girl. Both the son and the girl admitted to having sex on multiple times. The son was charged with child rape and another count. In the end, his son got some form of misdemeanor assault with 10 days home arrest and 20 hours public service.

There is no federal definition of pornography. That's the entire point of the Miller Test. So as to the pictures it will fall back to the jurisdiction where the crime was committed. In the Miller case they used California law.

As to the conversations they had, I haven't seen anything that is undeniably sexual. "Good good" could be food.

There was that incredibly dumbass "Totally sexting with Regina right now." but a confession alone could be dismissed as "Just a prank bruh." unless they find the sexts she was referring to. I still think they're gonna decide Taylor is too hard to convict and cut a deal with her..

Being the son of a cop helped. I assume that was a plea bargain?

But nobody's even going to bother without a CP charge and those sweet, sweet mandatory minimums.

This. "grooming" isn't a crime, it is a means to a crime. Many acts of grooming are perfectly legal. The crime is the ends. Either CP (difficult case to make) or, what I suspect they are aiming for, conspiracy related to sex trafficking. In a conspiracy sex trafficking case Taylor is much more useful as a cooperating witness, either because she's already plead guilty or because they gave her immunity, than she is as a defendant.

Null actually touched on child porn laws on a stream quite a while back.
Even if the images aren't necessarily porn, it would still be considered child porn regardless of the content because it's some random person with no relation to any of the girls.
A parents not gonna go to jail for having a pic of their kid in a tub but a rando with the same pic who has no relation to the family will and would be considered having explicit underage images.
Regardless if the messages aren't seen sexually it's the fact Onion and kai have pics of random kids showing skin with their handles written on and the fact they make contact with said underage kids to begin with. The intent is obvious especially if you give the judge all the evidence that shows a transparent and consistent pattern throughout a span of years i.e. gurg talking to underage girls across the net and even getting them to live with him and his adult wife.
In and out of context will always make gurg and kai look like a criminal.
The context of the texts wouldn't matter they still contacted minors and one went to live with them and got mentally traumatized.

I haven't watch this whole thing, but Edwin covered Onision stuff:

Now, while watching the first part of this (I didn't waste time watching the 30+ videos because I knew someone would sum it up) Onion mentions how he had to sleep in the garage with the door locked because he was 'scared' of Sarah. A question that came to my mind was "why is he sleeping in the garage?" If he truly was sleeping in the garage is means trouble in his relationship with his huswife. On the other end it could just be along the lines of his terrible inability to cohesively lie.

The garage is his recording studio. He sleeps out there, or in the basement, all the time so he can jerk it to hentai all he wants. He also doesn't like to sleep with Kai at night because she co-sleeping with the kids and has been nursing at night for 6+ years straight. This isn't new.

He still has sex with Kai and demands suk mi all day, but he wants to spend all his other time alone with his channel, his stans, his porn, and his social media fights. He's been this way since he was married to Skye.

I blame Tami, the dimwited hippy Prime Narcissist who decided those stupid western doctors didn't have any idea what they were talking about - "YOU have fetal abnormalities and deformities, doctor! Ha!" *chant at the moon, sways*

If Tammy had just been able to take medical advice, the many women her son has abused would be better off; and she wouldn't have grandchildren - but they also wouldn't be abused and neglected. She could have saved the world from so much strife if she'd just aborted, as she was recommend to do.

And to top it all off, Greg was oxygen deprived at birth for several minutes, and then suffered a severe TBI as a toddler, further re.tarding him.

(any of these stories sounding familiar yet? Troy's obvious issues at 20 weeks in utero and Gerg refusing to acknowledge them? Gerg having to be removed from a hospital because he tard raged at a surgeon who wanted to perform a necessary procedure on his sick and suffering son? Cloey suffering a severe TBI as a toddler? )

"or otherwise basically pretend I'm loki from norse mythology..."

This sentence is just oozing middle school fedora energy, complete with needlessly using the word "basically" and over-explaining who fucking Loki is. A 34 year old man with a wife and children typed this up and decided to share it with other humans. If I said something this embarrassing when I was 15, I would be chastising myself to this day.

"STOP HARASSING ME AND SAYING I DID ILLEGAL THINGS!!! HELLO POLICE CHRIS HANSEN IS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR"

I've been watching Jacyln Glenn's livestream and in that series where Onision over explains eveything and repeats himself is because each of his videos are revenue. He knows people will hate watch the whole series of videos and much like his series of "freak out" videos he can take both cheap shots at his exes and have a series of videos that will get him revenue, especially since there are ads on every video

How the fuck does Greg get monetized when other channels are being punished for saying the word "trauma" or some shit?

Sorry, nope.

I didn't know the correct words to describe the outfit so I went with what else it reminded me of.

It was unfortunately "a thing". I guess among nerds and maybe skater kids. I don't remember.

Still a pretty shitty outfit for the pic. But then again, look what he wore to his (second) wedding and court. This is not a man who knows how to dress himself.
