You know the opening scene in Better Call Saul where Jimmy is laying out his closing arguments about the boys he's defending? He goes on a wonderful little soliloquy and asks for a bit of leniency on these young guys. Then the prosecution rolls up with a TV on a cart and plays a video of the boys fucking a decapitated head in a funeral home, and doesn't say a damn word.

I can totally see something like that happening at a hearing where they're asking questions about his flawed filing, and plays a video from his own channel pointing out lies and shit. Bonus points if they use a tractor video so he doesn't get the views.

Not now. In 7 years. Why he's thinking about refinancing in 7 years is equally as dumb.

He will have 7 years of WWE champions to catch up on though!

Will somebody think of his roster?

For real though, the idea of mortgaging your home so you can "improve the business" of internet streaming (that costs less than $3000 to start at a high end and he will be 17 years into that career at that point) is so fucking autistic that it gives me autism. How stupid is this man? He's unbelievable...

He's a victim of himself, this is going to be his story for the rest of his life. Too stupid to understand what he's doing, too stupid to take advise.

"listen, I've got a little gig on youtube with about, you know, 400 million views *snort* how about I give your bank or law firm or whatever a nice shoutout and we let that tiny mistake that my lawyer made on my bankruptcy form slide so I can just qualify for chapter 7?"
what a disgusting piece of pig feces. they put together his bed for free because he is a useless parastite with 0 skills. he promised to give them a shoutout and instead he threw them under the bus.
he really deserves the worst happening to him.

Wow he's got the bad back fatty wobble going strong. He really upped his game from when those guys built that PC for him. Atleast he waited to shit on those guys until he got the great lemon PC. Really not surprised he messes up so many things if can't even figure out how to assemble a bed.

We might get a mass paypig and troll doxxing, if Phill's trustee know what she is doing. On this bankruptcy lawyer blog it states:

If you are filing bankruptcy, the funds currently in your PayPal account are an asset of your case. Therefore it it is critical that you provide a copy of six months worth of transactions from your PayPal account. This is regardless of whether or not the account has had any changes within the six month period prior to and including the date of filing of your bankruptcy case.

That means any paypig's or troll's PayPal info could become available should the transactions history become part of the filings. As it could very well become, especially if there is an audit. Which is very likely with how incomplete and blatantly incorrect his filings are.

I’m skeptical the court would allow the names of his donators to become part of the records of the filing. They may want the transaction amounts with redacted names, but we’re not getting a mass donator doxing.
It could be possible, didn’t phil technically have to dox himself when filing for bankruptcy? I’ve never known the courts for really caring about private info as far as names go, its possible they would just list the PayPal accounts that have done transactions with him in a document.

The only thing they really care about is SSNs. Those you have to file redacted, and for a long time, you didn't and old bankruptcy records are full of SSNs.

I admit I don't use Paypal all that much, but would the transactions have names attached anyway? The email addresses could, I guess, be like firstname.lastname@whatever.com, but I'd be a little surprised if there was an actual name listed in the transactional record.

They might have a special format they use if it's in response to a subpoena. And I'd assume you could redact them yourself, or ask for permission that the public filing be redacted. They're just not going to do it spontaneously.
