Don't know. But I do know that people have to stop thinking that suing broke people is a losing proposition. It's not about winning money... It's about stopping SJWs, who are 99.9 percent broke people (and 100 percent broken people) from destroying businesses and lives. Thats where crowdfunding comes in. Those of us not directly impacted but fed up with our favorite things and people being destroyed, can pony up a few bucks each and make the 'broke people' lose the illusion that they are immune from blowback.
It's a new paradigm. The old rules about suing or not suing are out the window. Suing has become existential, at least until laws are changed to deal with cancel culture extortion rackets.
