With the Appelant's Brief being now due for Febuary the 18th, when can we expect the court of appeal to issue its ruling? Is there a defined limit date?
And what can the court of appeal do before that ruling? Can they request some more fillings from anyone, or summon each party for some extra hearing(s)?

There is just something freakish about that art.
Maybe how the eyebrows are too close and don't cover the space above the eyes...
Maybe the lumpy formless hands or the lack of nose...
Maybe how the ears seem to be too low on the skull, and the hair looks like its only on the top of the head...
Or even the giraffe neck?
Its worse than this aspies art I have seen before.

This moron doesn't understand how the TCPA ruling worked. Vic's case was dismissed because Chupp, inexplicably, found that Vic had not brought enough evidence to show that the defendant's words weren't covered by the First Amendment, and that Vic somehow couldn't prove he had been tortiously interfered with.

Nowhere was truth as an affirmative defense discussed. Period.

Trae is a long haired putz. I pointed out how he's wrong about the number of cons Vic's going to and what kind of numbers he's bringing in and putting in the bank. He pointed out how he had far fewer cons last year and so far only 5 this year. I don't know how accurate those numbers are but it really doesn't matter.

But wow, fucking imagine that! Maybe there's some unknown reason those numbers went down? Can't put my finger on it.

But still, he didn't address the crowds he attracts and the money he brings in. Because Trae is a fucking liar. And he's currently trying to pile on Kitchener and spread bullshit about them.

He also misinterprets what's been going on with the case, or he's a liar.

Holding a door for a woman is misogynistic and sexist.
NOT holding a door for a woman is priveledged, rude and sexist.

Basically, if you're a man, especially if you're a white man, whatever you do is wrong if someone who chooses to feel wronged says it is wrong. And yes, this means you can be wrong for doing a thing, and then be wrong for not doing the same thing. Which is also why more and more people are tuning these people out.

The total lack of structural drawing.
Actual artists start a character by drawing a skeleton and shapes to give the character proper proportions, and then draw the actual character above that structure.

The person drawing this princess obviously doesn't know structural drawing and started by directly drawing the character outline.
The end result is a lot of small mistakes that, added up, make the whole drawing feel wrong (and flat): the whole arm is too long, the forearm itself is too long, elbow don't bend like that, the shoulder on the left is too high and doesn't align with the neck line, the line on the left of the torso goes nowhere, the fingers are too short for the hand palm, etc, etc.
You can even tell that the person drawing this started with the face, then did the torso, and ended with the arm and the hand.

There is a reason why professionnal artists all have anatomy books.
