Yeah, this is some self-aggrandizing ultra-spergery. If the audio wouldn't be available any other way, that would be one thing. But this is just somebody actually trying to ride coattails.

I don't see the harm in being there but no one should confront him like they're a low budget TMZ.

has anyone done a Google streetview of the court and if so is it what we traditionally think of a court is like on Law and Order where you have to walk up steps? My guess is that it'll have a parking garage and a direct route from said garage to the court and we'll likely not see him so these guys better get their battleplan laid out before going and even don't don't approach the roach (hey I made a funny).

I'm just the messenger. It had to be brought up sooner or later. Personally, I couldn't give two fucks how big of a shitstorm it becomes. I'll be sitting around with popcorn in hand.

Completely aside (not sure if it's already been brought up): What's the chance the court subpoenas his credit card and paypal records? I'm thinking of his expenditures on WWE Champions, and how that could instantly get him in real legal trouble.

The court won't do that but the trustees or the creditors may. If he doesn't list the PayPal, he's committed bankruptcy fraud. More importantly, since he hasn't listed it as an exempt asset, it isn't exempt and it will just be another asset to be garnished and liquidated.

This is whats going to happen. Dark will probably make a big boy call in advance to warn of potential detractors being there to troll him, but as long as they aren't total spergs they should be able to get that 'approach-with-a-microphone-asking-meme-questions' moment.

no detractor is going to mess with the court like phil is going to tell them

and he better behave if there are trolls there, shit will go more viral than his pro jared hate tweet

IMO, the omission of his PayPal account is the biggest issue with his petition. We’re not talking about an account where someone sells a few knickknacks every once in a while on eBay. This is an account where thousands of dollars are received and transferred each and every month. I’m speculating that DSP’s taking tip money straight from his PayPal account to fund his WWE Champions whaling, bypassing his checking account (and possibly Kat’s attention as well). This might be why his checking account is “always overdrawn:” a significant portion of his income never makes it there. A good trustee is going to see funds from PayPal being transferred into his checking account and will want to trace it back to the source.

this is obvious considering how much phil loves to stretch the truth
you can literally say "i'll be sitting in the court"
and phil will screech about how DAT MAN HAS A BOMB AND A GUN OKAY?!

edit: grammar

341 meetings are usually less formal and are typically held in a conference room where the petitioner, his or her attorney, and the trustee sit down together....

Wow...I have zero experience on how bankruptcy works (because I've $0 debt). I feel like I'm in a front row sit learning all these laws, insights, procedures and consequences. Even if DSP got bailed by whatever, I hope that young people will learn by example on how not to be "THAT guy".

Probably the most important thing I've learned is even personal bankruptcy requires so much info disclosed in public view. I thoughts it's only corporate level that require public declaration...

I pray that Phil's parents will never find out. I'm not a parent, but I'd imagine the heartache must be unbearable especially if they in fact paid for his vacation and wedding less than a year ago.

Phil's parents must be blissfully unaware of what a fuck up their son is. I can't imagine what I would do as a father seeing the endless shit online there is about my son.
He claims to be 100% transparent to his parents, down to informing them about the latest goings-on in his streaming career and the detractorverse, but I suspect he is withholding a lot from his parents in regards to his financial situation. No way Mama Burnell would have forked over the $4k if she knew about the extent and nature of the gacha addiction.

Bankruptcy gives a fresh start to honest but unfortunate debtors. The price for that is opening oneself to public scrutiny. DSP’s dishonesty will catch up with him. It might not cost him his entire discharge, but he might lose a discharge on a portion of specific debts and/or legal fees and time. Let’s kick back and enjoy the show...

Just a question in which hopefully someone can clear up: When Darks lost his adsense account back in the day, I was under the impression that the account loss was permanent. Was he able to get it back or did he have to utilize someone else's credentials to establish a new one? If it's the latter I'm assuming that this could fall under fraudulent activity. Thanks in advance.
I assume most people who look into this don't actually look into how to get around a Google AdSense ban. It's really not as hard as people seem to think, in fact some of the methods are so easy Phil might have done it without even knowing. Something as simple as changing your mailing address can get Google to approve a new account after you've been b&.
So 'yes', technically if you get your personal AdSense account b& it's 'forever and there's no appeals process and you can never get another one', and that's what the first Google search results will tell you.

While Phil's account was b& in 2011 he didn't try to use an AdSense account until 2017 after he had demanded Machinima fire him or cater to his personality disorder. At that point he had literally moved across the entire country, and iirc there was some system update in 2016 that allowed people previously b& to open a new account. Phil likely just thought he was plugging in his old data and he just got a new account because his old info had been purged and/or didn't match the new info he entered, and Phil thought 'Whoa, the ban expired dood!'

Also people like to say 'You can only have one AdSense account and Phil says he has two! Phil's a LIAR & a SCAMMER!' but this isn't true either. Sure if you look at the first Google search results they tell you everyone is only allowed to have one Personal AdSense account, but there is such a thing as a Business AdSense account. You can have both a Personal AdSense account and be the account manager for a Business AdSense account that pays out to you. You can even have someone else who isn't b& make a Business AdSense account then de-associate themselves from the account and designate you as account manager if you've had a Personal account ban and aren't allowed to create a Business account because of this.

In 2017 Phil likely made a Business account when partnering his main channel with Curse and a Personal account to put his other channels under. We've also seen him get his DSPGayming account b& when he got released from Curse, and during the short ban he still had a second open and active AdSense account that he linked to his main channel after he cried enough. This is why I think his main channel was under a Business account. I highly doubt he ever used Leanna's AdSense account.

I do think it's an interesting point that he didn't list either of his AdSense accounts on his bankruptcy filing similar to how he left his Paypal account off. That would bring the total to 3 financial accounts he owns that are paying into his bank account that he didn't list, and I hadn't thought about that yet.
