I think you'd be hard pressed to find a tranny that wasn't raped or abused in some way. for FtM, it's usually girls who were sexually abused as a child and they subconciously tried to make themselves as ugly as possible to avoid it happening again (you see this in a lot of super morbidly obese people as well) or think that becoming male will prevent them from being victimized again. For MtF, if it isn't just autogynephilia it's likely something similar but in the opposite direction, like they feel like they can't be male anymore because they were victimized.

I believe so.
I was blessed to see a bunch of castration in the emergency department. Most were schizophrenics. Some were bodybuilders (you get prescribed IM testosterone once you chop your balls off.)
Very few cases related to being trans though. I don't think AGPs want to go through with that shit. They'd rather take their titty skittles and whine on the internet.

Attempts at self castration is like pretty common with serial killers, Albert Fish attempted too as well, IIRC. It’s been a long long since I read or listen to detailed accounts of Chase and Fish.
Recounting trying to castrate yourself doesn’t make one look like a true trans, it shines a light on how disturbing your psychological issues are. There are two major camps of people who castrate themselves, schizos and people with extreme paraphilias. Also now bodybuilders as a new demographic? I knew they have some strange beliefs and behaviors but wow someone needs to do a study on them.
Trannies with paraphilias don’t need to do DIY chops no more, doctors will gladly do it for you after you do some sessions of affirming therapy.
Is the German cannibal out of prison? Maybe he can help give him the traditional lamb castration experience.
