I think there's literally nobody left to do so. He's so irrelevant and has blocked so many people that nobody is interested in or capable of trolling or interacting with him. They all faded away over the years as they recognised he wasn't coming back.

Actually, deleting his Twitter might be the one of the best things he can do right now. It would put a lot less stress from stuff he disagrees with on his mind. Going to a Psychologist though IS the best thing he can do right now, of course.
