Tobi Hill-Meyer (no relation to Theryn Meyer) is a "transmasculine transfemale" (aka, an SJW troon who doesn't pass) who goes all the way back to Camp Trans and anti-MichFest protests. He's an old Julia Serano associate and is basically a Julia clone when it comes to his SJW TRA. Tobi used to make and participate in "feminist porn films" for Queer Porn TV. He is also a long time proponent of "cotton ceiling" aka rape culture, insisting that lesbos who won't suq the girldiq are transphobic. He arrived on the scene with his movie The Genderfellator, a parody of The Gendercator, an unintentionally prophetic 2007 film depicting trans people and evangelicals working together to force butch women to transition to male.
Tobi's latest claim to fame is lactating as a transwoman:

Despite being a new parent, Tobi still finds time to pursue his old hobby of harassing any woman who won't submit to his LARP, which is what he did protesting the Meghan Murphy/WoLF event with his TRA organization. Tobi Hill-Meyer runs the Gender Justice League, an organization that seeming does nothing else but protest feminists and campaign against anti-trafficking bills.

How any of this is going to help LGBT people in Thurston County/Olympia where Tobi lives, is basically anyone's guess. At no point does he actually mention or even appear to have an awareness of the issues actually faced by LGBT people locally. It seems like Tobi merely decided to get into mainstream politics when he was getting too old for t-porn "just because".
In this 2012 podcast interview Tobi is bitching about the fact that he got profiled on the aforementioned gendertrender blog, neglecting to mention that this profiling only happened after there was actual vandalism at MichFest from SJW TRAs and they were trying to find out who was responsible in order to hold the perpetrators accountable for the vandalism:

These assholes always complain about being profiled while neglecting to mention their own obsessive CIA-style oppositional researching of everyone they target, including one another. Remember ContraPoints' openly bragging on Twitter about how he was infiltrating other trannies' private Discord servers to find out which of his fellow SJWs were bad-mouthing him behind his back? These people will happily violate eachother's privacy and spy on eachother while giving the CIA a run for their money.

Tobi's only occupation in life besides harassing women is writing really bad, boring, formulaic trannie porn. He used to act in t-porn when he was younger (no links to that shit because I've traumatized you guys enough with Ella), but now that he's old and fat he obviously can't do that anymore so he writes porn instead. Videos of him reading two of his porn stories are available on archive.org and they were both awful and unintentionally hilarious. The porn story Brunch Service is about a cis woman TRA who wants to be a service bottom to a group of transwomen she has invited to her house for brunch. The trans women then proceed to feed her a cookie that she baked herself to award her because she's been such a good trans ally to them (I told you, these stories are plain ridiculous). The climax of the story is a pre-op transwoman sticking his dick up the cis woman ally. In the other story, The One Penis Policy, a pre-op transwoman ends up sticking his dick up a richer, more wealthy cis woman he's hooked up with, but only after having gaslit her into validating his dick as a "clitoris". The trannie then snaps pictures of his PiV sex with that cis woman which he then uploads to her husband's cloud to show him how his wife is cucking him by violating their "One Penis Policy" with a trannie's "clitoris" (which is totally not playing into the "deceptive trannie" stereotype that these TRAs always complain about cis authors perpetrating). As you can see both these stories climax with a hard dick going into a dumb/gaslit cis woman, because no one is ever impotent from the HRT in these stories like IRL. Tobi's porn is apparently full of hard dicks but seemingly no men, which reveals a LOT about Tobi's own fears and anxieties around sex. Tobi wants the dicks but not the men, and he thinks this makes him a "lesbian" rather than an over-anxious bisexual who objectifies and compartmentalizes other men and women due to his porn addiction encouraging him to see other people as exchangeable body parts. All the cis women in these stories are naive, easily gaslit, painfully sincere SJW bimboes who need to be handheld, transplained and pussygrabbed by transwomen into having the politically correct kind of sex, with good ole PiV as the apex. It's always the trannies who get away with the "gotcha!" in these stories. Tobi's porn frankly reads like a bunch of personal revenge fantasies and he's a vindictive bitch for sure. There is never a revenge of the cis though, other than the trannie character stereotypically worrying about whether the husband is gonna beat the crap outta him when he first catches the trannie eating out his wife on the carpet in the living room, the kind of revenge that of course never happens in these stories because every cis person character, whether male or female, is an easily manipulated politically correct SJW who puts up no resistance. Tobi is currently working with the LGBT Commission to have the so-called "panic defense" banned in Washington State, thus making his personal porn fantasy about cis men never panicking into a legal mandate.
Breastfeeding your baby with your man-tit seems like borderline child abuse to me.
