Jesus. In the first 2 minutes he just can't help himself from attempting to avoid responsibility for his own pathetic behavior. While shilling his TikTok channel, he explains that he created it "as a joke, when all the hate started happening".

That's an interesting way of framing the ridiculous garbagefire that he set ablaze in his sad attempt to own the haterz.

Def not gout. Venous insufficiency related to obesity and diabetes. The larger someone is, the more surface area has to be covered for veins to return blood to the heart. Veins have one-way valves to help prevent blood that's returning to the heart from backing up and going the wrong way. But with venous insufficiency, these valves begin to fail. So blood begins to back up and the vessels start to bulge and burst, leading to the discoloration. But hey, at least his legs aren't all ulcerated and necrosed (yet).
