The cross appeal is only for the disputed fees, not the TCPA appeal itself. It shouldn't have any bearing on Vic's appeal. That said, it might make the appeals court scratch their head and say what the fuck.

Also, they not only have to file their cross appeal brief, but also a statement explaining why the dog ate their homework.

Everytime I look at that Daniel Guys face, I can only think of a dumb spastic-cunt that's trying to hard to look smart and classy. Also, Akiva should've said to these people that Vic perjured himself instead of giving KV a neutral response.

These cons should have been doing their homework all along because due dilligence would dictate you don't want to cause yourself a problem. Bringing cancel culture into your event with SJWs is going to lose you money through either lost sales, lost attendance, or the problems SJWs cause with their presence. It's bad enough that weeb culture attracts their type naturally, and has ruined a lot of it as a result, but inviting their martyrs isn't a path to anything but problems.

There's really a cure. Since it's hard to say "SJWs are banned" and enforce it, find out what they don't like and will screech and boycott you over. Then just invite Vic or whatever. Absolutely. Shoving what they hate down their throat is the best way to deal with an SJW infestation. Thats one of the things that Comicsgate did to Ren/SJW Spiderman and that crew that greatly lowered their interest in the fight. They fucked off to their echo chambers and now, although still around and doing the occasional toothless gay op, they figured out that their tactics weren't doing anything but making the very people they tried canceling into actual millionaires and making once-obscure websites into a media network.
