Wait really? Which character did he voice in three houses?
Some minor character. I saw it when I searched Todd Haberkorn Fire Emblem characters.
Vic voiced Vishnal in Rune Factory 4
DC Douglas, Patrick Seitz, Wendee lee and Bryce Papenbrook all had roles in it too.
Oh wow, that character is pretty.

Also why include Bryce and Wendee? Are they Kick Vic too?

It is very true, that there wouldn't be a whole debacle if the defendants didn't explain anything or utter any reasons as to why Vic had been fired. Whenever it comes to workplace investigations and someone gets fired over something, it isn't for the rest of the employees to know. So, it was pretty shocking to see that Monica boasted about participating in a sexual harassment investigation against Vic with dozens of other women. What was worse that Ron was crowing about the investigation too and he wasn't even involved. That alone would have been a fireable offense for Monica. But Funimation doesn't operate like a company. Everything we have seen so far makes it clear.

From what Chris has been saying, it seems to be normal for the anime industry. If you aren't useful to your coworkers, they dump you just like that. Truly sad how terrible it seems to be. Really sucks that his wife was just ejected from the industry like that, but at least they didn't trample all over her reputation. I would think this guy is showing some empathy towards Vic. He seems to get how the industry is and how it will treat you once you wear out your usefulness. As far as the sharing of the Dallas Morning News article being shared, it just looked like it was a mandatory thing the VAs were supposed to spread. It was one of those "keeping their heads down" moments, it seems. Vic did talk to him during Matsuri last year while he was in the hospital. If the anime industry screws you over when you're ill and Vic still reaches out like a friend, I think the choice should be obvious. So, it would be super shitty of him to hate on Vic after all that.

Emmett the perjurer really wants to be important. He thinks his affidavit was some ah hah! when in fact it was irrelevant to the matters at hand and he's outside easy jurisdiction to get him brought in for a deposition.

I hope this gets to trial so Emmett gets dragged in for cross. Then he can perjure himself before a jury.

Well, Emmett, three things on that:

1. The point of the TCPA isn't to debate the credibility of evidence. This is something everyone forgot, including the lackadaisical judge.

2. He can't depose you when discovery is stayed. You know this because it's been repeated so many times but you're a dishonest perjurer who "forgets" how things work when it's convenient for your Twitter takes.

3. If I were Vic's lawyer, I'd leave your lies on the record so that I could tear them apart in front of the jury. If the appeals go through, I sure hope you, Jinnie McFatass, and the Crimson Chin are all ready to get called up to take the stand.

Holy hell, they got really salty after the Lemon fuck up, Expected, but amusing nonetheless.

You left out Toady Edwards, I'd pay top dollar for seeing her get torn apart more so than Jaw Jaw Binks.

Well, Vic used to consider everyone he met a friend. He also thought the defendants were his friends. It probably wasn't that difficult to become friends with Vic in the past...

That said, I don't remember Chris ever saying anything explicitly anti Vic. He did like the Dallas morning news article though, I'm pretty sure. But so did Caitlin and everyone here is hesitant to call her kickvic for it, so I don't know.

I'd consider Chris a friend of Vic for now.

Although I can understand completely why people would want to stay on the fence or keep their heads down because of the animals and their cancel culture BS being a very real threat to employment...

...It's the people who ride the fence and/or run and hide that ARE the power the SJWs wield. I don't think I could function in today's PC workplace knowing that every person I worked with was either going to be a #metoo/social climbing power tripper, or too utterly cowardly to tell the actual truth when one of the nutcases LARPed their latest intrigue into the HR dept. After everything the public in general has seen with false accusations and companies willing to completely fuck over their best people on the word of whatever victim walks through the door, they should understand that they arent immune to being the next witch being hunted.

Yet people continue to remain silent out of fear. Their fear is the power being used against everyone. Until that changes, nothing changes.

This reminds me, Chris Ayres knows a little about termination from anime dubbing studios. A couple years ago his girlfriend, Krystal LaPorte, was suddenly terminated from Sentai. Sentai never commented on it, and as far as I remember the cause of her termination wasn't made known even to her. Oddly, references to this seem to be scrubbed from google, with only some reddit threads mentioning it.
While I agree in principle, the optics are worlds apart on: We fired X because of allegations of sexual harassment, vs. We fired Y because we're just sick of dealing with things about her terminally ill husband even though it has had not obvious impact on her work. The first one is easy to explain as you at least thought you were in the right, there's no real good way to explain the second one. (Granted, there may be an entirely different actual reason and story behind the firing, but the fact that nothing ever really blew up despite Chris' bitching proves that Sentai made the right choice keeping their yaps shut)

Image and PR are real bitches.

Image and PR are real bitches.

Absolutely. But they are also in constant flux. Case in point, Woke Hollywood. YTD revenue is down like 30%, the Oscars down millions of viewers etc. The image changes and the PR has to change with it.

What these companies have to learn, probably the hard way, is that playing the PR game is a losing proposition and you do that by not letting yourself get buried by the weight of every falling (flailing?) snowflake. And THAT begins by employees defending themselves, their jobs, and their rights as an employee to the fullest. People have to understand that unless they fight to the bitter end with everything they have, they are going to lose their jobs whenever some offended victim of Muh O=pressinZ runs to HR with an internet sourced list of grievances.

It's going to be like this for decades until the cancel culture gender studies grads age out of the workforce. And it will continue until the targets of their "workfare" make it more image damaging for the company, in image/PR and actual $$$ to buckle to the snowflakes than it is to the normal person. But so far, people arent willing to tell their bosses "I'll file whatever labor/EEOC claims as needed to fight this and I will sue if I have to. But you arent going to underbus me without a long and very costly fight."

Once you are targeted by an SJW in the workplace, you are as good as fired today and they will then just call and harass your next employer for hiring you. We have seen that repeatedly. So you may as well fight them where you are and stand a chance of winning or you have lost forever.

Chuck doesn't bring in crowds like Vic does so he's free to stay. Get anymore famous than Sean and the others you'll have to go. It's just the way things are in the West when it comes to anime VA's it seems.

Is todd at the same caliber as Vic? I know he voiced the main character for fairy tale I believe and.does videos for watch mojo.
