The Dems have this weird 'one drop' thing when it comes to people who were once Republicans. Anytime they fall out of the left's good graces it's attributed to them being a Republican even if they haven't been one for years.

Bloomberg spent his whole life as a Dem, only changing parties out of convenience. And he didn't even stay his whole mayoral term as a Republican. But because they don't like him, he's forever a Republican.

Bloomberg is also funny because that kinda defeats their favorite saying, 'Not all Republicans are racists, but all racists are Republicans.' Well Dems, how does it feel to know that the king of stop and frisk is running for your party's nomination?

They did the same thing with Pocahontas after she knifed Bernie. She hasn't been conservative in 30 years but they rolled out the 'closet Republican' line on her real quick.

He said "as a Roman Catholic, [Bernie's ideology] is anti-life". So he was talking about abortion.

Modern Catholics are hypocritical in a lot of ways (exhibit A: Nancy Pelosi). Only about half of Catholics are still anti-abortion now. But that half is deeply anti-abortion, about the most solid you'll find in the pro-life movement. The Covington kids were Catholics attending a pro-life rally, which is probably why the entire media establishment felt safe lying and mercilessly stomping all over a group of teenagers.

I hate when first world countries do this crap. It's a democratically elected leader, so if you don't like the policies, focus on changing the minds of the citizens instead of arresting the person they chose. The homophobia is a serious problem, but not one that warrants that level of interference with the government of a developing nation. It took the United States almost fifty years to come around on gay rights, yet Americans expect other countries to change their worldview like flipping a switch? How is that fair? Plus Nicaragua isn't even that bad as far as homophobic countries are concerned. Gay marriage isn't legal there, sure, but at least they're not literally executing gay people like Nigera does.

It's almost always part of a dick-measuring contest with Russia, too. How many times has the United States violated the will of democracy in another country to decrease Russian influence? A pretty good chunk of the problems in the Middle East (and to a lesser extent Latin America) in the last fifty years have been caused by the race for influence between the U.S. and Russia.

Only guys worth anything on Predict it are know Sanders and Bloomberg and I agree. Bloomberg would be a much bigger threat in the GE because his only weakness compared to Sanders, stop&frisk, doesn't actually matter because minorities always vote DEM. Some liberal whites might stay home out of spite, because Bloomberg is former GOP, but for everyone of them Bloomberg would get a moderate GOPer who's scared of Trump to flip. Also remember that getting one guy to flip is worth 2 new voters.

Rinos and moderate GOP already abandoned Trump. Hillary Clinton targeted that lot to abandon the rust belt and won Virginia in exchange for like 4 or 5 states.

True a majority of minorities love their cages and plantations but enough should swing for Trump to get it. Trump has already acknowledged that possibility that majority of blacks might still go Bloomberg in a match up.

Lastly, his Virginia antics and love of the Chinese guarantees the Midwest, rust belt and south go to Trump.

And finally going by what stupid pol has said, they split between vote Trump or stay home. They face a choice between what they view as a idiot or a actual evil fuck who will do no favors to the progressives. At least Trump will riles them up.
