Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

The swamp fights back. Are you really surprised they're not going quietly?

Getting out of quagmires is several orders of magnitude harder than getting in. That much should be pretty obvious by now but I guess not.

No one in the swamp says they're in the swamp. They hide the fact that they're in the swamp. No one will check 'Yes' on their job application to the question 'Are you a swampy motherfucker?' No one will answer 'Yes' to the question in a job interview. The best you can do is vet them as well as possible and fire them if they do turn out to be swampy.

Your complaints can basically all be boiled down to 'Why hasn't he accomplished these really difficult things in a single weekend?'

You need to adjust your expectations because they are wholly unrealistic and out of whack. Things didn't get this way overnight and they won't be fixed overnight.
The obvious response is "Well he has had three years!". Now, I agree with you, but I want to address the obvious point here.

A lot of swampy motherfuckers are DEEPLY ingrained in the system. Additionally, they also tend to have actual skills and applicable knowledge. Jon Bolton is an all around scumbag, but he is also highly educated and understanding of important minutia in his area of expertise with a skillset to match. Hillary Clinton is the Swamp Personified, but a shrewd, calculating, and competent workhorse in her areas of expertise.

If you were to just fire every single person from the get go int he swamp, the whole government apparatus would grind to a halt. We'd be blind, deaf, and dumb to the rest of the world and within our won borders. Trump isn't doing the suicidal route here, he is doing the long game. Minimizing swamp input, putting a kebash on their long term plans, and trying to kick out the ones who squawk and act out.

And how many of these 1,100 former, official dipshits called for action when we were being strung along on fake Russian Collusion shit for four years, or when the IG reported that the FBI lied and falsified information to the FISA court 17 times? You're the fucks that probably got us into this mess in the first place.

Take your appeal to authority and shove it. I don't care.

People talk about the "school to prison pipeline." What we need is to make a DOJ to prison pipeline to lock up all these unelected bureaucrats and judges who are constantly trying to change the nation without approval.

Oh god this is a fucking boomer post. I'm a boomer.

Bloomberg is paying smart enough people that they'd tell him Hillary being a running mate would be stupid, but putting the suggestion out there gets people thinking of Bloomberg in terms of being the prospective nominee already. Guy doesn't have a single delegate yet but now has people talking about whether or not he's making a smart choice about his running mate.

Tapping Hillary for VP makes no sense. For a moment, let's assume Hillary is willing to bite the bullet and accept the offer. How does this in any way benefit Mini Mike?

1. Tapping Hillary will instantly alienate the Bernie Bros who are already incensed that he bought the nomination. I mean, there are Bernie supporters that will never vote for anyone other than Sanders, but at least pick a token progressive to shore up that wing.

2. Bringing Hillary into the race will give Trump something that has always wanted to do: run against Hillary again.

3. Making Hillary VP will open him to an obvious suicide. inb4 "Bloomberg didn't kill himself."

Seriously, who around Bloomberg thinks that this is a good idea? As I've said before, it's hard to tell if Trump's enemies are working for him or really are that stupid.

I think it's a bit of both. And being out of touch with reality. The DNC is beating the dead horse that Obama rode them to victory.

The snowflakes are angry at the current Nascar thing because she wants Trump to sign her helmet.

The replies are why I wish that using Twitter caused cancer.

She did indeed get her helmet signed:

Bloomberg has problems with women because of sexist comments he's made in the past, and allegations of sexual harassment in his company. Bringing Hillary on is a classic pandering-to-feminists move, especially for all the women still whining about how emotional it was to vote for her 4 years ago.

I don't know if the Clinton wing of the party machine still has power; if they did, it could help former Republican Bloomberg pick up some influence within the party. But I think the current civil war has divided them up too much to be useful to him.

Those are the only remotely possible benefits I can think of. He doesn't need Clinton money, and Hillary's baggage is heavy enough to drown them both. No Democrat needs Clinton on board to have a rallying cry of "vengeance for 2016!" against Trump, they've already made it generic enough that anyone who wins the nomination carries that banner.

My guess is it's a desperate attempt to try and get out of the hole, since while Mini Mike is perfectly happy with nuking a decent chunk of his net worth in this vanity run, he is pissed he's losing to Bootyedge and a Champagne Socialist like Bernie. This is him trying to maybe get the rig to lean his way by trying to appeal to the previous power player, especially since he's proven he will waste 0.5% and more of his entire stock to do this.

That and this is the man who regularly would mock his women employees for being ugly and suggesting they abort their child now if they worked for him. This is also another reason.

Fair enough, but Hillary? I mean, for all of her problems, Amy Klobuchar hasn't been too tarnished yet. Gillibrand might be a problem because they're from the same state, but all Bloomberg would have to do was register his residency in another state like Trump did awhile back. Heck, Stacy Abrams is still a darling of the Left, and that would get you double triple points on race, sex, and being from a purpling state. There are a lot of options for a female VP if shoring up his support among women is his primary concern. Picking Hillary still makes no sense.
