No you're right if this were a criminal trial the standard of proof would be high and you would not be a racist.
But it isnt. This is an online forum.
The stardard of proof just needs to be convincing to the audience- nothing more. And the fact that you are unable or unwilling to disprove the accusation against you while admitting that you frequent that forum is enough for us to call you a racist and a sexist. This is the kirkwood rule of evidence.
One could argue that defending being a member of a forum called slut hate is in itself sexist.

Now that you mention it too he had a serious attitude adjuustment and went from cutting himself up and crying all the time to being a normal guy who smiles all the time. When we were young I figured his depression had to be mostly innate and felt bad for him. He was on lithium then he's totally unmedicated now.
