To me it is looking like they still want to haul Nick in through some perceived 'GOTCHA' due to the gfm.Assuming for a moment that it is lemon, what are the legal implications of him pretending to be someone else to get information? Especially if that someone is tangentially involved in the case from afar? They've tried to drag nick into things so you can't just say hes an innocent spectator anymore. It seems like a sketchy way to get around a lack of discovery.
He knows he is seeing no money otherwise. Best guess is they are going to go"my client messaged him and he called him mean things! " and" look at this out of context clip/comment'.
Would be funny if they try to sue Nick for defamation though.
