The human body is a system. Although Medicine is nowaday so specialized that each specialist concentrates on the diseases of one particular organ, to really understand health and disease we ought to think how each part of the body relate to and influence the other parts.

There is another little problem with the hypothetical "Medicine based on organs". Suppose, as a fictional example, scientists found out that drinking Starcuck's Fappuccino is associated with acute fulminant necrosis of the epididymus with a 100% mortality. Obviously the public needs to be informed at once, but can the average Jane or Joe tell whether she or he has a epididymus? It is much more effective just to tell men to avoid Fappucino.

We generally measure trans gayness in relation to natal sex in terms of [insert where this matters, e.g. blood donor rules].

It is considered politically correct to allow them to self-id in terms of sexuality.

As you can see, both men and women have this organ, the only difference being that it's internal in women and external (inside the penis) in men. This organ is what causes orgasms in men and women. You don't learn about this organ at biology class in school because your anatomy lessons are all wrong. This is why male and female orgasms are the same and any troon claiming otherwise is lying to themselves and to you. It's essentially like a balloon that inflates and deflates. This organ is removed entirely during SRS. Any troon claiming to be orgasmic post-SRS is lying. As others pointed out, when troons claim to be orgasmic post-SRS they are just stimulating their prostate, the only thing they basically have left (and they will destroy that too eventually from all the HRT). The fact that so many troons assume they can be orgasmic post-SRS and insist they are is proof that they are delusional gullible morons who won't even research anatomy before getting SRS to understand what the procedure actually entails.
