Commies and anarchists living peacefully side by side, vegetation left growing wild and coming dangerously close to overgrowing monorail tracks and solar panels, small solar panel banks being enough to power anything, letting plants and trees grow in every nook and cranny inbetween buildings wouldn't be a fire hazard, having a roof with solar panels AND sky-lights wouldn't lead to an endlessly leaky roof, people would still be wearing designer clothes, you wouldn't see malaria spikes from all the bugs, those geese wouldn't be yeeted by those windmills, there would ever be enough time or money in the world to keep a city-wide garden looking nice and manicured.

I'd argue Bioshock 1 isn't really political though even though it's got politics in it. The difference in whether a game is political or not isn't if there's any kind of politics in it but whether a game uses politics for world-building's sake like Deus Ex or whether it uses politics to preach at the player like Deus Ex Mankind Divided.
